I love this Burger King but the woman who works as a cashier in the mornings is terrible. She is a young black woman and she gets my order wrong every single time I go. She doesn't listen to me, she tries rushing me through my order. Once I ordered a breakfast combo and asked her to put water in my cup instead of pop and she REFUSED even though I had payed for the cup. I will no longer be getting breakfast at this Burger King because of her. Also, I have to wait over 5 minutes every single time I go for a burrito and hash browns, even when I am the only car in the drive thru. The Burger King on W Bethel has my order ready at the window. No waiting. Not sure why it takes the Burger King on McGalliard over 5 minutes to make a burrito and a large hash brown. On top of waiting for 2 items I have to eat the burrito with hot sauce because the cashier never marks down that I don't want it and she once refused to give me water in the 40 oz...

After arriving, I ordered a Whopper Jr. for myself and I asked for it to be sent through the broiler twice before being dressed with ONLY cheese, mayonnaise, HEAVY onion, and pickle along with a 4 piece order of cheesy tots. What I received was a Whopper Jr. sent through the broiler twice dressed with EVERYTHING EXCEPT HEAVY onion (as shown in the photo). If I wanted my food the way it was prepared instead of the way I ordered it to be prepared, I've had asked. For the amount we paid for both orders, one would think the orders would be correct. The reason why I placed my order at the drive thru, in the first place, was because there is NO possible way to order the meat to be cooked well done.
