Rent-A-Center — Local services in Muncie

Nothing negative to say about rent a center in general, BUT the customer appreciation seriously LACKS at their Muncie location. You miss 1 payment & they practically beat your door down. Please take into consideration that I have paid off agreements and have a strong payment history with them for the last 6 or 7 months now. 1 rent a center employee actually attempted to open my door when I was not home, & let my dogs out. I suggest getting what you want & paying online. Dealing with these people in person is the WORST. And always make sure your DOORS are locked, I’m lucky I got my dogs back after they were let out by a RAC employee, & I’m lucky my house was not...

Okay i called and got a order all set up for a washer and dryer the guy i spoke to yesterday 10/02/23 said my order would be delivered today 10/03/23 and i called because i haven’t heard anything nor was my order delivered a woman answered the phone had me on hold for a good 10-15 mins and then got on the phone just to say they wasnt able to deliver or rent to me at this time due to personal issues and couldnt even tell me why im very very upset. Brian is a great manager he always makes sure you’re getting a great deal and if anything ever comes up jayden is amazing with making accommodations for illness or any other crazy life events.
