Cousin Vinny's Pizza — Restaurant in Muncie

Called to place an order for delivery which was the $15.99 meal deal, subtotal came to $25.96, tax came to $2.46, delivery fee was $5.50.....sooo I have gathered from all the charging info that my order was not rang up as the $15.99 meal deal that included one large one topping pizza, an order of bread sticks or cinnamon sticks, and two fountain drinks as the end total came to $33.92! If you order from here whether have it delivered or pick it up ALWAYS ask what the end total comes to, I get told one amount over the phone then it's totally different when my order arrives! Was told the wait time for my delivery would be 45 minutes or less and almost 2 hours later I had to call twice to find out why I hadn't gotten my order yet and wasn't told anything except that it should be on its way and the employee I spoke with was very rude and disrespectful and they hung up on me twice! I will not be ordering from Cousin Vinny's again, they have lost me as a customer for good! Really wish I could give 0 stars on...

We love their pizza! It's always still piping hot when it's delivered, and it's always ready early when I'm picking up (I literally order and then leave right away.) They have a deal for a medium pizza, breadsticks, and 2 drinks which runs me about $23 with extra toppings, delivery, tax, and tip (I believe it's just $13.50 if you don't add stuff.) If I pick up, I can usually get out of there for a little over $12 with their carryout deal. Their 20 oz. drinks come in reusable cups, which they change every season. It's silly, but we really enjoy that. They also have a rewards program, so we have enough points for a free pizza about every 6th time we order. It's just a take-out store, so there's not a lot of ambiance, but it always smells great in there. The staff is really friendly. Terrible customer service! I called in an order last night and when I arrived they were experiencing issues with their printer. I was happy to wait as I know how that is. However I was greeted at the counter by a woman who’s words were “I really can’t help you right now, someone else will have to do it”. Well I waited patiently for someone else but after twenty minutes the woman returned to the counter. I was obviously an inconvenience to her. I still put cash in the tip jar again because I know how it is. The woman at the counter made a negative comment about the tip I left saying “I wasn’t tipping her. She doesn’t get that.” and was clearly annoyed by it. She was very inappropriate during my visit. I was never told sorry for any inconvenience or the long wait.
