The group I was with liked the restaurant, so we all met there. I tried to scan the menu in order to make an informed decision about what to order, but the line of people behind me was growing longer, so I just chose the same thing as the nearest person in our group. It came with Parmesan cheese coating the chicken and I immediately remembered why I stopped eating anything that included Parmesan cheese. Of course, it was my own fault for ordering blindly, instead of stepping out of line and studying the menu until I'd made my own decision, so I wrapped each chunk of meat in as much of the other components as possible and toughed my way through. All-in-all it was... an experience I won't repeat. The food was good, but my decision-making process was flawed. The service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant because I was surrounded by friends I hadn't talked to in awhile. I think I'll check online for a copy of their menu so I can take my time; I'm a person who finds one favorite meal at each restaurant i frequent and orders it forever after, or until some part of the meal goes extinct. (Making a decision is an almost-painful experience for me, so I avoid doing it unless it's absolutely...
Read moreAbsolute worst pad Thai I have ever had. Ordered online so didn't realize how bad it was until I got home. Now I've gotten some decent Pad Thai from here before (granted it's probably been a year since I last got food here). This time? Noodles were completely dry, partly mushy and mostly clumped together. There was absolutely zero sauce on it. Eggs had a weird texture to them. Mentioned how dry it was to my wife (who ordered the same dish) and she said hers was dry as well. I forced myself to eat half of it and put the rest down the garbage disposal.
Edit: So I filled out the survey link provided below. I was contacted afterwards and was informed I would be receiving some gift cards as compensation for my bad experience. I provided my proof of purchase and address (as requested) so they could mail the cards. Guess what I never received? No sign of those cards 2 months later. I even replied to the email saying I had yet to get the cards (about a month later) and never got a response. It's safe to say I'll never eat at this...
Read moreIn Nov.2014, I visited for the first time the noodle & company restaurant. I am a registered nurse and was in companion of a brittle DM friend who has to watch extremely close what she eats and another friend whose appetite is hearty. I am somewhere in the middle..:). We all three were extremely impressed with Alex Fierce who was the General Manager present at the time. Not only did he exhibit friendliness and professionalism, he assisted us in a very quick manner as to what to eat. He was rapid, accurate and a delight to be around. If I owned a restaurant...I would be thinking of how to clone him or put him into teaching other associates! Once again Alex Fierce....thank you so much for your expert assitance..made our dinner awesome and we have been back several times since then because of his...
