Honestly, I would only give this establishment a negative rating if that were possible. Upon entering the establishment we were greeted by an employee who looked rather bored and we seemed have inconvenienced him. Chuck-e-cheese has changed quite a bit since our last visit, no longer do you purchase tokens and they're is no play area. Instead of tokens you purchase a plastic card and use it for a period of time. While they do offer three or four small ride-on toys suitable for toddlers the remainder are arcade type games. NOT FUN! Our three toddlers were bored fast. We used a coupon for $25.99 to purchase a large pizza and for drinks, then made an additional purchase of parmesan breadsticks for 5.99, and pretzel bites for 5.99, then purchased an hour of playtime. The total came to $53.77. The pizza was as close to cardboard as you can get, the bread sticks were way overdone and not served with any sauce, the pretzel bites were microwaved well. The returned to the counter to inquire about purchasing some sauce for the breadsticks, the man returns and gives me pizza sauce that just came out of the refrigerator. The cheese sauce served with the pretzels were ice cold as well. The manager of this store yelled at one of the kids (3 yrs) for bumping into a machine. Needless to say we will never return to this location in Muncie...
Read moreWe went here for our daughter's 8th birthday party and had the party pack. The staff were nice and friendly. We did have a lot of fun playing games, and the pizza was really good. However we did the have multiple issues. The entrance to the party area was to small and not all of our party guests made it through to the celebration, missing singing Happy Birthday. The happy birthday song was about 7 minutes late. For an adult 7 minutes isn't a problem, but for a child surrounded by friends and games it is an eternity. The trampoline was $8 per child with the party pack, which in my opinion is to expensive. We were supposed to receive I've cream, but they never brought it. At the end of the party, we felt rushed out. When we were at the prize counter, an alarm started going off and I felt like it was a means to rush everyone out. Will we be returning? Maybe, but not with...
Read moreGreat place for the kids with Hands-On activities games and interactions with friendly staff and Chucky. Also they make time for Chucky to come out and see the kids dance and play with them also. I am not big into salad but they have a very good salad bar as well.. Many different options to spend the tickets you win (you're child wins) haha :) from the games!! They have a nice area you can reserve for birthday parties, baby showers, bachelorette parties, Bachelor parties, honeymoon date, your first date probably going to be your last date hahaha whatever you want to use the area for!!!! I also liked the way they stamp you and you're children's hand when you come in with matching numbers that can not be seen by the naked eye, so someone can not get kids mixed up or try and walk out with different kids that are not there's...I just thought that was...
