I went to go buy a scrub for work and I asked this lady if she wouldn't mind unlocking a dressing room for me so I could try on the clothes. I have never been treated so rudely by an employee like this, ever. She had this ugly look like I inconvenienced her, she told me I couldn't try on underwear or lingure, which is what I had besides the scrubs, and totally embarrassed me. And what's with the "you can only have 3 items with you inside the dressing room" rule? That was so ridiculous I couldn't believe it. Then when I said I had 3 items, she let the door slam on me. There wasn't a "thank you" or "do you need anything?" Horrible customer service. I get it if she was having a bad day or something, but that was just ridiculous and inexcusable. I'm never going back to that place ever, unless I have to. The only thing I genuinely liked about the place is the low prices, so...

Love this store, but it is the most unorganized, messy, dirty store I have ever been to. Wonder what corporate would do if they walked in? I could even get down most isles and had to move things off the floor to get down isles. Clothes, shoes, toys were all over the floors. Trash was everywhere... clothes were put on wrong racks/sizes... Something needs done... They need to close until this gets fixed and put back in order. I am surprised managment would allow...

The store is a mess and dirty. I took my daughter with me that is in a wheelchair and had to leave. It was impossible to get down the isles. Toys, shoes and clothes everywhere. Clothes are so compacted on the racks that you can't browse through them. The coat racks in the men's department needs to be widened so a person in a wheelchair can get through. I will not shop here again until this place...
