Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Muncie

It's Jimmy John's, what more do I need to say? We walked in, ordered, and before we could move away we were handed our subs, Wowwww that was FREAKY FAST DUDES!!

The food is always good at Jimmy John's...especially the Veggie Sub...ohhhhhhh 😱, that is my favorite sandwich!! Get extra veggies and avocado sauce and you will be slightly closer to heaven than you were previously...lol, well, it wasn't THAT good, but close! (I think). 🤔 Did I mention that the food is ALWAYS good at Jimmy John's?!?!

The staff were really cool, and hard working, as you can see from the pics, and were willing to pose for a pic for this review, thanks guys!! All in all, our trip to Jimmy John's was as AWESOME as always! 😎👍

Ordered through door dash and got the notification that the order was completed an HOUR after I ordered it but I still hadn’t received my order. I called and they insisted it was delivered but reluctantly agreed to send another order. Waited another 45 minutes and didn’t receive my order again. A neighbor finally came to my door with my order that was left on their doorstep in the rain. So needless to say my order was delivered to the wrong address, sopping wet, and delivered by my neighbor, NOT the delivery person. I will say that I only received the one order as well. Contactless delivery is fine but you are supposed to KNOCK on the door so the food is not left in the rain. This is unacceptable service and I have never had problems with have food delivered to my apartment...

I was just there at Jimmy Johns and they said they were changing out the cold something. I went through the drive thru. When I got to my destination my salt & vinegar chips were open and some spilled in the bottom of the bag!! The bread on my sandwich had big holes in it and it was hard as a rock, the meat on the sandwich was NOT FRESH and looked Brown also I received all the ends of tomatoes! I tasted the sandwich and it was horrible!! It tasted SOUR!! Just the WORST!! I have never had a Jimmy Johns be so GROSS!! The only thing that was right was my cherry coke and the other bag of chips!! I literally feel nauseous!! I just threw all that money away!! I asked for extra onions and didn’t get...
