Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Mundy Charter Township

My parents stopped in here to order and pick up a party platter this past week for an event I was having and were very impressed at the speed and pleasantness of the staff. The sandwiches were also delicious and well arranged. Will definitely come back for another party tray if the need arises!

EDIT: Had to change my rating to 3 stars instead of 5 because of a recent delivery order fiasco. We placed an online delivery order and according to the online tracker the food was out for delivery at 7:45pm; since the location is literally a 3 minute drive from our house we became concerned when they had not arrived by 8pm. We called the store and were assured that the driver would "be there any minute." 10 more minutes pass and we called the store again. They finally called the driver and she eventually showed up 30 minutes from when she left the store. The employee at the store was accommodating and actually refunded one of the sandwiches from the order but we were still very disappointed that their "freaky fast delivery" wasn't so fast. I work at the Meijer Gas station. I eat lunch from this Jimmy John's a few times a week. The staff here is amazing. Always friendly, hospitable and they keep the store clean. Definitely if you need a vibe change, eat here.

The sandwiches are always fire and the tomatoes are on point and juicy.

The people that work here are really the highlight though. Without them it would jus be another empty box with no scene or vibe.

Whoever owns the store I hope you cherish and don't take for granted the staff you have. They all definitely deserve a living wage or at the very least a substantial pay raise for making this one of the best places to eat around.

I ordered my food online and 30 minutes later it still says it’s not ready for pick up. I ended up calling and the girl said they are supposed mark that it’s ready for pick up manually ... but it’s BEEN ready. I wanted to cancel my order but there wasn’t a way to on the app. When i arrive to pick my food up, it’s another 30 minute wait in the drive-thru. I will never eat here again smh. Who wants hour old food???? Not fresh at all.
