Read moreI have ordered from here numerous times. A FEW times the pizza took over an hour to deliver to my house and I never complained because I understand things happen. Most recently it took an hour and forty five minutes for my pizza because they burnt the first one and had to remake it. I said that was fine and didn't even complain. I always call and order the special, big mama with one topping. Since I just like cheese and my husband likes toppings we usually get half plain and half with two toppings which equals one topping. Never was I charged extra. Today this all changed and I was told if I got half with pepperoni and half sausage then I wouldn't be charged extra. But because I wanted half plain ( no topping) and half with the pepperoni and sausage I would be charged extra. Literally doesn't make sense. After being an understanding customer all the times they were late with no complaint this is how they repay you. I will never order from them again. I suggest you don't either. A business that doesn't put their customers first is not a business you should waste your time...

When I called, the women argued with me stating that she not only heard me say a steak hoagie, but since she repeated it back to me and I didn’t correct her, she wasn’t able to give me a refund. When I asked if I could go out of my way to drive to the location with the full steak hoagie (untouched) and receive the correct order of an Italian hoagie that my family also heard me order over the phone, she said she wasn’t able to do that either. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with the customer service of this location. It would have be different if I accidentally ordered something else I eat, but a steak hoagie? No way.
