Jamba — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

This is NOT the first time I had an absolute horrible experience at this location! And they were MONTHS APART!!! I ordered from the mobile app to pick up my order. I ordered a medium orange juice which was ridiculously priced for $11.99, 4 sandwiches and a couple other things. I went to pick them up only for them to tell me that of course their orange juicer is not working (which is often the case in this location) and they asked me to go to the app for a refund but that’s not an option on the app! So I showed the girl that helped me and she said “well I don’t know how to do a refund, do you want something else?” So I ordered a different juice and it was way less in price but of course they “don’t know” how to process a refund! So there goes my money! And the sandwichs were cold enough to feel the FROZEN sausage in them!!!! And NO! that WAS NOT the first time! So I really don’t understand what do you mean when I go to this location 8 months or so apart and they “don’t know how to process a refund” or this is just their way of stealing people’s money. Horrible company that hires non competent people to serve simple stuff! Will never ever go or order from this place...

Been going to Jamba for years. When I lived in Cali and visited my folks in Florida. Now there is this one close to my house and I am so stoked. Orange carrot karma is my jam, but I have tried everything on the menu at one time or another. My mom loves the strawberries wild, but she is a wild child so go figure. This place is super clean and the ladies are super friendly. Close to Stones River Battlefield Park so after a session of running or biking an ice cold Jamba hits the spot. This area is up and coming I see this place being lit up and busy in the near future. My hope is the increase in business does not decrease quality and cleanliness of location. I have seen it happen to many stores. From San Jose to Santa Barbara and even the location in Orlando by UCF. Grab a Jamba and chillax! (C) me. Hit me up Jamba lets do...

To know me is to know that I love Jamba Juice. I stop there every single day pretty much. I recently got promoted to a pretty stressful job. I had the worst day today. Did I mention today is only my 7th day? Not important. I stopped by Jamba Juice on my way home, greeted my fave girls, cheerfully placed my order, and one of them came back with a clipboard and said “Can you fill this out? You’re our guest of the week.” And then it happened. She gave me coupons for free Jamba and suddenly EVERYTHING was better. Call me simple but this turned my entire day (and week) around. They have NO idea how much of an impact this had on my entire day. It may seem small to all of you, but I am so grateful for this random act of kindness. I highly recommend stopping by this location.
