dispise buying anything from the McDonalds. For example this week I purchased breakfast burrito and ordered an unsweetened tea but also asked for the Splinda to be put into my tea. I paid and got on the road to find out I have unsweat tea. Did not return for the just for Splinda sweetener. This morning returned again ordered the same thing and requested the same thing. I also told the lady I should get the tea free because they did not do my drink right the previous morning no sweetener added. This lady said to me lol I worked the drive thru yesterday morning and I did put sweetener in your drink all crazy with an attitude. I stood up to the crazy woman in my vehicle and said no you did not. Requested to speak to the manager. So the lady goes to yelling at co-workers with the drive thru window closed thinking I can’t hear her yelling talking about me. One coworker even came to window to just get a glance at me. So the crazy lady finally talks to her manager. When this manager presents herself all she says are you going to pay for this or not? I said with her attitude no way and she said have a good day. I wish I knew how to push this to another level of management or ownership. I will say different shifts workers are better but this morning bunch is the worst ever experanced in my life. I would rate this McDonalds a Zero if I could with this morning crew. I have two other McDonalds to go to from this location and I will use them as my breakfast choice for fast food options...

I've lived near this McDonald's for over 3 years now. When I first came to the area, this place seemed pretty professional with a good team and fast accurate service. As of COVID, their reputation has significantly declined which I tried to give the benefit of the doubt over the course of the last year (2020-2021). They still have serious issues with just getting a basic order correct. I often have to check to see if they actually followed through and gave me a correct order (no cheese on burgers due to allergies with family members) and they have yet to do that over the last 5 or so times I've gone sporadically since December of 2020. The staff has typically been pretty friendly and willing to correct the mistake but I always end up waiting at a minimum 30 minutes while the rest of my food gets cold for them to give me a simple hamburger with no cheese. This has been through both the drive through and walk in with orders given through individuals and the kiosks (due to the massive line in the drive through). I'm honestly done giving this place a chance when there is another location down St. Andrews and maybe 3 minutes away that seems to do much better. I don't blame the staff as much as I blame the management who obviously is asking too much of the skeleton crew that works this location and is still expected to handle such a large...
