I want to start by saying I don't typically post negative reviews but this is worth it in my opinion as a person who has 12+ years restaurant and customer service experience!
I order food togo from this location. I arrived about 10 minutes after the order was placed. I was checked out at the register and then told it wasn't ready. I then patiently waited 20 minutes and watched my order get placed on the counter next to the cashier's who were doing their closing duties, rolling silverware, better known as "side work" and proceeded to let my food sit next to them for 15 minutes while they giggled and rolled silverware. I finally asked one when my food would be ready bc it was going on 25 mins or so that I had been waiting at the restaurant and almost 40 mins since I placed my order. She then tried to check me back out for food I had already paid for and is now lukewarm at best..... If I wasn't hungry and tired after working all day managing an apartment complex, I would have asked to speak with a manager. I now get to reheat my food and enjoy a less than desirable version of my food after the 10 min. Drive home. That is exactly why I try to allow about 15-20 mins from the time the to go order is placed so Im able to pick it up when it's freshly prepared!
To be fair, I ha e actually never really had bad service here...
Read moreWhy did they have the ac on? It was 40° outside! And the patrons all have their coats on while eating! And those poor girls that work there.. they all had on long sleeves and some with long sleeves and jackets. Who's the general manager? Bypass the manager let's go straight to the regional or District manager. This is ridiculous. If you can't afford to run the heat when it's 40° outside then you don't deserve to run a restaurant. Get somebody in this restaurant who can manage it to where they can make a profit so that he can be turned on and paid for. I'm assuming the current manager cannot afford to run the heat. And that's why they had the AC on at 40° at night! I normally eat at the one in the west end but since we were out shopping I decided to try this one. Never coming back again. I can't believe they really had those young ladies working in the cold like that....
Read moreThis is one of my favorite quick bite restaurants. It is a little on the pricier side for lunch and they do get quite busy on the weekends, but the portions are large enough to make up for the price because I can get two meals out of them.
My favorite things to order are the five cheese pizza and grilled chicken sandwich with extra honey mustard :-)
They have a great condiment bar with shredded parmesan cheese, capers, roasted garlic, pickles, packaged crispy bread sticks, and pepperoncinis, which makes personalizing your food and their signature pasta salad side dish extra special.
Tip from a regular, if you plan to go during a peak time, order online and your food will be waiting for you in the special pick up spot by the time you get there. Then you skip the line/wait and can grab a table and eat there or take...
