Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

If I could leave a zero star, trust me, I would. The level of pure incompetence in this location is UNREAL! This evening, I ordered online, and AGAIN, they mess up my order, like always. Not only did they not put the banana peppers I ordered on my pizza, not only is the topping distribution completely horrendous, but they didn't even give my family member picking up my order the cinnamon wheel I ordered. So I drove 20 minutes back, like always, because it's not a Papa Murphy's night without making two trips down there. I told the lady that was about to hand me someone else's order that she didn't give my family member the cinnamon wheel I paid for online. She responds that they don't have any. So not only is this store going to not provide basic customer service and call to offer a substitute or a refund, nor offer the aforementioned DURING PICKUP, but they will just quietly steal your money hoping you won't notice. Including a photo of one of my pizzas with 2.5" out of a 16" with no toppings. Not even worth it. This review is more about how they lie to the customers and treat the employees they work employees who are minors over the hours they are supposed to by law and they have a tip jar but actually that money doesn't go to the employees it goes to buy cheese for the store and they're told to lie to customers when they ask about giving tips to them. my advice don't go there but if you do don't give tips unless you're handed directly to the employee the manager has hardly ever there in fact someone stole pizzas out of it one time and the manager never reported it. it's mainly run by teenage kids and most of those are minors under the age of 18 and she only pays the minimum wage most of them even though most of the restaurants in Murfreesboro pay $8 to 9 dollars...

Worst service ever! The store was disorganized and staff were rude. When I walked in to order a pizza there was no one in the line to order and the staff ignored me for 5-10 minutes, even though they saw me at the register waiting to place my order. I asked if I could place an order and was told “no…can’t you see all these people are waiting for their order”. I tried to give the young staff the benefit of the doubt because it was him and another staff present. However when I informed him that I did not mind waiting but I would like to get my order placed he was rude again. The tone was unacceptable and I left the store and went to another Papa Murphy that was more organized and polite. That will be my last visit...
