2025 update, Well a year later and i go back to trade in. This time it was a way better experience. I still had to wait for over 30 mins to be helped. At the time there was only 1 Rep, Erin, she was a rock star. She completed my trade in and helped 4 other people while I was there. Which from the time in the door to out the door was 55 mins. She even helped me afterward when i called back with a question. And asked for me to let her know how it all works out. So I will say make sure you have plenty of time to wait, but they do have confident and helpful reps right now.
Do not go here if you need help!!!! I have visited this store twice in a week & left both times with my phone still not working. Last week was an update problem. Nothing would work, after the Rep got into my account, said I had to download new phone & text apps until a new update came out, but when they too would not open she called the "big guys" who told her they couldn't help and I would have to buy a new phone, that's right BUY a new phone, said it's not an AT&T problem it's a Samsung problem. 5 hrs later my update actually did complete and phone worked perfect. Until last night, it now doesn't recognize my Sims card. Using wifi I called 611 and the lady tried 2xs to set up an esims card but they still didn't work. She said I could go to the store and get a new Sims card. Well today I went and left again with a not working phone. Today's rep couldn't get into the account cause it's in my husbands name. I started the cell service, I was step up as an authorized user, set the pass code and everytime there has been a problem i could get in and the Rep last week had no problem accessing my account. So if you need help do not go to the Church St store as they will not help you or tell you what to do to get the help you need. I called 611 again and that rep tried but after 15 mins the call was lost because I have no Sims card! I have now updated the user's to everyone on my account to be safe and will go to another AT&T, and pray they can help me. Why did I ever leave Verizon, I guess you get what...
Read moreToday at 11:37am, I went to the AT&T authorized dealer located at 2943-C Church street in Murfreesboro, TN to make a cash payment on my Digital Life account. The employee (Cory ), was unable to pull up the account, even though I gave him my DL bill with the account number on it. I advised him that I come there on a regular basis to make my payments and this is the 2nd time they were unable to assist me. I asked him if he could call someone to assist him with taking my payment and he said, "I could call customer service but I will probably be on hold too long". I advised him that Kyle did the same thing to me on August 8th and further told him that this is unacceptable that he is just sending me out of the store with cash in my hand and I felt like he was basically saying "oh welll". He never did anything extra to try to help me but told me that Cameron would be there in about 20 minutes if I want to come back and maybe he could help me. I advised him that was poor customer service and told him to have a good day (on my way out of the store). There needs to be MUCH BETTER customer service and the employee's should have more training on making customer feel valued. He did not make me feel like a valued customer and I had the same experience with another employee (Kyle), on August 8, 2016. I have to drive to the other side of town to make my payment at the actual AT&T store. If this is supposed to be an authorized dealer, they should be able to take a cash payment without inconvenience to the customer. VERY DISSATISFIED...
Read moreWell, I absolutely LOVE coming into this store! If I could give them 100 stars, I would and I’m not being over the top! In the last two months, I have purchased a new X iPhone and a new iPad from them and I have been back twice for help because I’m not too techno savvy...that’s putting it mildly🤪, and they have helped me both times without making me feel the least bit self-conscious about my lack of knowledge. AND the employees are SUPERB in THEIR level of knowledge and ability to teach an almost techno non-learner how to navigate through my new devices. Yesterday I visited the store for my third time and was greeted by a very kind, helpful young man that I hadn’t met before. While he was being so patient trying to explain something that I just didn’t “get”, Amber, who was there when I bought my devices, came over to greet me and help explain for the third time what I wasn’t “getting”. I ended up spending over an hour there being tutored on my devices and being shown how I can save lots of my hard-earned money off my existing bill. Amber, who is now the manager at this location, tirelessly worked with me and today will be calling me back to repackage my services to keep me very, very happy! If you haven’t visited this location, do yourself a BIG favor and stop by! I promise they will NOT disappoint and unless you just don’t like superb deals and helpful people, go on in! You’ll be GLAD...
