Well, my kids and I were up this way (Franklin, TN) visiting a good friend who was in town (from Louisiana) to watch the Titans vs. Saints game. We have not seen him in a very long time and when we were heading back home, which is 2 and a half hours away, we decided to stop in here at Wendy's to get something to eat. Well, since my kids like nuggets so much, as all kids do I'm sure, I ordered a 50 piece nugget for my 3 kids to split. Well, when I got to the car and started handing them out I noticed there was NOT 50 in the small bucket they are supposed to put the 50 nuggets in. Now, if I would have gotten on the highway I would have had to get off the highway, turn around, went back, gotten the order corrected just to get back onto the highway again and head back home. This was just ridiculous. They knew that there was not 50 nuggets there. I mean, who cannot count to 50? So this was either deliberate or they forgot to put the other 15 in there and did not tell the guy working the front and the guy working the front handed me the order without knowing that it was missing 15. So I will NOT be coming here again and if it were up to me I would make sure that the staff knew how to count and make sure that they double check every order BEFORE it leaves the restaurant. Read moreMy husband and I came through the drive thru around 11:30. My husband gets a 30 min lunch. He order he's spicy chicken wrap. We pulled to the window. Jenelle (cashier) takes our money, saids nothing to us. We wait and wait for about 20 mins at the window. Jenelle walks back and forth from the window to the line getting the orders behind us. Again saids nothing to us. I honk my horn to try to get her attention and try to figure out why we are waiting so long on our food (I got a salad). She ignored the fact I honked my horn, so I honk it 3 (total of 4) she comes back to take another order then turns her back to me as I'f my problem doesn't matter to her. So I honked it a 5th time and she opened the window with a WHAT and a ugly look on her face. I told her "when someone honks they need to talk to you turn your back to them is rude" I wanted to speck to a manager. He was an older guy. He said hell talk to her.... which means Imma tell you something to get you to shut up. I took my refund and left. I left without a sorry or a have a good night I got a window slammed in my face by a manager and a cashier. All I wanted to know what was taking so long. Read moreLet’s speak on my experience because what world do we live in. Placed a mobile order online for lunch at the Wendy’s on Church street (yeah my mistake) Friday. Go to pick up my order and the manager is talking about my order is invalid and the payment did not process. I showed her the charge on my card and the receipt confirmation i received for my purchase. She did not care, called her GM who told her I need to pay again.. Yall in what world do i have to pay twice bc you don’t have a properly working system. I left without food or my money, had to go home and clock in with no lunch. I wasn’t able to dispute the charge as it was still pending. Fast forward to today- Attempted to dispute off my card but had to call Wendy’s customer service and spend even more of my time on this to get MY money back when i didn’t receive food. She reviewed it in the system- payment was successful and processed…
So long story short is Wendy’s system is messed up and you might place and order, pay.. then get nothing in return 🤣🤣 the managers response “Why didn’t you just order here” with a line out...
