Dunkin' — Restaurant in Murphy

I never leave reviews but this is one that must be said! I've never been to an establishment more disrespectful and unprofessional ever! Today I walked in on June 19th to go get some coffee and sit down and over heard a devastating conversation coming from employees while I proceeded to walk past the counter. Now the remark was said through the drive through to a customer which is even more concerning but the remarks were specifically about what is there to celebrate on June 19th "watermelon and chicken?!" And then other employees proceeded to laugh! I've been to this establishment before after work around 7 and they're so sweet, not sure who was working on this day but I don't think I'll be visiting again! The workers working that morning shift I hope get a good lesson on professionalism and culture and learn from mistakes because racist remarks in the work place shouldn't be tolerated or joked about! Please learn and do better and educate yourself...

I have been coming here for about half a year after discontinuing my patronage of my local installment of that "other" coffee chain, and I am very pleased. The staff is all very courteous and friendly. They do a great job and are always on the hustle, whilst still managing to take the time for some polite small talk with folks like myself. I will be the first to admit that especially on my day off I can be more than a bit of a talker. I get my moneys worth with my beverage and breakfast food purchases here and the donuts are great too. All of the workers do a great job, but Davie is especially sweet. She has quite alot of flair on her cap and always has horror movie suggestions to throw in as a garnish on top of her already decadent serving of top shelf customer service. Updating this review 3 years later. While I'm still mostly satisfied with the coffee as someone who came from a Dunkin heavy town, this location has just absolutely bottomed out and once I'm through my most recent card, I'm not going back. I've been using the same app for longer than this location was here. The Free Drinks per every 200 points are no longer free, the food is never cooked properly, the eggs literally taste like they were cooked in dirty mop water, the donut holes have been solid rocks since last September, and a couple of months ago the entire staff walked out due to harassment and poor management.
