I’m not one to leave reviews but I just started coming here, because I finally figured out what my coffee order at Dunkin is, and it’s so good! I personally haven’t had super negative experiences with customer service, but I have seen consistent issues. I ordered my drink once through the app and once through the drive through. Both times they did not put the cold foam on it like I asked for, and one time they forgot a few items and I had to remind them, and then after all that they forgot my ice water. Since it was just water I didn’t feel like reminding them about that too. One food item I ordered was burnt and I didn’t end up liking it enough to still eat it. The donuts I’ve had were pretty decent, but the filled one’s definitely lack enough filling. Lastly, last night I showed up at 7:30pm and the doors were locked and they had stopped taking orders. I made eye contact with an employee inside and she laughed as I attempted to open the door, then went back to sweeping. I double checked closing time, which is 8pm, then checked the time again, then got back in my car feeling confused and went to another coffee shop down the street. I’m hoping that they were short staffed or had some kind of emergency situation that made them need to close early, but I kinda got the vibe that they just did because they wanted to go home early. Read moreI ordered via the app, when I went thru the drive thru, I had to tell the person at the window that I also ordered 2 maple bacon wake up wraps, she asked someone about them then walked around the corner and said, I got them and handed me the bag. Driving away, I realized she handed me a sandwich, so I went inside with my receipt to have it corrected, the cook stood around talking about it with the other person, complaining. Every single person working there was standing around doing nothing and looked absolutely miserable. I had to ask again if they were making my order because I had already waited in the drive thru, as well as placing my order well in advance of getting there, the cook looked and said "I'm making your order now". I received my wraps and went on my merry way only to bite into the wrap and realized it was regular bacon. Yall the maple bacon is so good and I was so looking forward to it. Now onto my iced coffee.... the coffee tasted burnt. I have been going to this dunkin for years, this newish crew is horrible, they have no care in the world what they are giving out and if it the least bit satisfactory. Very disappointing. Read moreThis Location is really going downhill, I had a problem with a part of the management team a while back, and whenever he is on duty and I enter the restaurant they immediately begin talking about me on their headsets. They are always out of basics as well, cold brew, mocha swirl, and even LARGE plastic cups. Come on guys, get your stuff in order.... Only reason it's not one star is because they remained open during the winter storm we had recently. Hopefully the district manager gets things back in order.
Update, not getting any better. So sad that upper management does nothing to address this horrible Location. I wish there were other dunkin locations in this area, only coffee I like.
I'm just going to keep adding on to my original review. Today I had to wait 20 minutes for 2 drinks because all of the new hires are untrained. A member of management approached me because they recognized my review. "They're working on these issues" I can't help but have little faith in change.
