I just had the worst experience at this location. The worst part of it all, is that I usually go out of my way to visit this location due to great food and customer service. I entered the store at 8:52pm (I get it, you guys close at 9pm). I was very specific to the young man regarding my order, #7, white bread, mikes way with no onions, banana peppers, mayo and pickles. While he was building my sandwich another person rushed me to the register to pay while the other person worked on my sandwich. I didn't think much of it as I drove home as they always get my order just right. Little did I know that the sandwich was full of jalapenos, almost more jalapenos than the other veggies. I am allergic to jalapenos. This really is one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. I get it, everyone wants to go home asap after work, I do the same. But if you say you are open until 9pm, I suggest that you listen to your customers and treat them right if they enter your restaurant during open hours. Read moreRude employee. Won’t be back. I’ve never been to a sub shop where you couldn’t get a hot sub. I asked for two hot number sevens. He said the health department wouldn’t let you heat the deli meat along with raw product. I was confused because I thought if you ran a griddle at the proper temperature, everything you cook on it is safe, how could that be a problem? In my confusion, I said, “what do you mean by raw product? “ He swung around and threw a drawer open and grabbed a stack of some kind of patties with paper between them and thrust it out for me to see up close and said “ this!!!” He made no attempt to explain how you would address the new health policy and adapt a new way to heat the sandwiches, so I can get my two heated number sevens. To top it off, the manager I believe came over to our table and asked what was in my kids water cup. I filled it with water and a bit of lemonade to give it some flavor which made it pink. He comes over and says "these are for water only" and takes my kids cup out of her hand!!!! My kid didn't understand why that happened. What kind of service fast food place does that to a kid??? Yes could I have just done water without a splash of lemonade, but what gives that man the right to come near my child in her face and take a cup out of a 5 year old's hand and intimidate a small little girl?
