My recent experience with the pizza from this establishment left much to be desired. The anticipation turned into disappointment as I discovered unexpected and unsavory surprises in my meal. To my disbelief, there were unmistakable pieces of plastic embedded in the crust, rendering the entire pizza inedible.
The discovery of plastic in a supposedly fresh and appetizing pizza not only disrupted the meal but also raised serious concerns about the quality and hygiene standards of the kitchen. It's disheartening to think that such oversights can occur, as they not only compromise the customer's trust but also pose potential health risks.
I promptly contacted the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, hoping for a swift resolution or, at the very least, an apology. Unfortunately, the response was lackluster, further exacerbating my disappointment. I had expected a more proactive and responsible approach in handling such a serious lapse in quality control.
In light of this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to others. The incident has left a lasting negative impression, and I will be seeking alternative options for my pizza cravings in the future. It's crucial for any food establishment to prioritize customer safety and satisfaction, and regrettably, this one fell short of those expectations.
In addition to the plastic issue, another aspect of my recent pizza order left much to be desired. Not only did I find unexpected plastic fragments in the crust, but the pizza itself was a visual disappointment. Instead of the expected symmetrical and round shape, the pizza resembled a mishmash of uneven slices hastily put together.
It was evident that the pie lacked the precision and care that one would expect from a pizzeria. The irregular shape and the appearance of being made one slice at a time raised questions about the kitchen's attention to detail and overall commitment to delivering a quality product.
A well-crafted pizza is not only about taste but also about presentation, and unfortunately, this pizza failed on both fronts. The lack of a consistent shape and the impression that it was assembled without much consideration for aesthetics further contributed to my overall dissatisfaction.
When combined with the plastic contamination issue, these shortcomings paint a picture of a restaurant that falls short of basic quality standards. In light of these experiences, I would strongly caution against choosing this establishment for your next pizza craving. The need for improved quality control and attention to detail is evident, and until those issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this place to fellow pizza...
Read moreI will try to stay positive but the pizza wasn't great. My taste in pizza is pretty picky, so I'm not even going off my tastes. My husband loves pizza buffets like CC's so going off his review on this. He was super disappointed. To get a pizza you had to wait in a long line, but it was a Sunday so not taking stars for that. I am taking a star for layout. You have to wait behind the people who want salad even if you don't want salad. It would be nice if they had this seperate. The place didn't feel clean. The other star I'm taking for the fact they ran completely out of pizza and we had to wait a bit and when they put one out so many people had been waiting, it was a mad rush. The employees seemed less than enthusiastic about working there, but they all looked like young kids, so maybe that's the norm these days. Also took a star for taste. It was just too greasy. It poured out the pizza and ran down your face. It was that kind of greasy. Crust wasn't the crispy chewy style I prefer, but that's a personal taste do no star deduction for that one. I will say maybe going during the week would be less crowded but then you trade the freshness probably. Not sure about that one. The price was cheap though, so it would be a great way to feed a non-picky family. Believe it was 9.00 for bufett. Also, the dessert pizza and garlic bread sticks were good so added back a...
