I just recently placed a pick up order on 10/11/2020. I entered the store and immediately noticed every single employee was not wearing a mask covering. With all the advertising Dominoās has put out on the precautions they are taking and all this was a shocker. I have several friends in the food industry and some who own restaurants in Murray as well so I have it on good word that in accordance with the state and local health department rules/regulations each employee is supposed to have a mask covering. When I complained to the manager they were unapologetic and didnāt even acknowledge what the issue was. I then spoke to the general manager who stated that she was not going to wear the mask and therefore her employees canāt be expected to either.

I was told the pizza would take 40 to 50 mins to be delivered driver called me in about 10 to 15 mins before delivery time I was told said they were on there way and about 10 mins out it only takes me 5 mins to get to where they were taking it I got there and when I did driver had already left called the store and asked where he was was told he had been sitting there for 10 mins there was no way they had been because I literally jump and vehicle and left I figure it's because driver wanted to go home it was late and they were about to close but I already paid for pizza over the phone and was gonna leave a tip so if you're that worried about getting home don't work for dominos just saying I will not ever order from you again and have fun with losing buisness if you're gonna be that way I highly encourage ppl if it's close to 1 am don't get delivery get carry out because if your meeting driver they will lie to you thanks...

First I had to order through the automated service and was told I couldn't order that much for pickup and pay with cash, had to be on a credit card. So it transferred me to Murray's Domino's where I had to reorder. The women taking the order had to go over the order several times just to get it right. She was not listening to me. At this point I was getting irritated. I had to pay with my credit card, which I was not really wanting to do, but ok. Glad I could pay that way. Next time, if I only have cash, I will be going to some other restaurant instead. Very frustrating to have to order through automation in the first place, but then to have to repeat the order five different times to a human just to get it right is just extremely poor...
