Mister B's Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Murray

First let me say this. I do not agree with the gratuity that is what is wrong with the waitress services now. I did waitressing as well in my younger days and knew that the only way that a customer would leave a tip is if I did my service to the customer and made there experience great and wanting to come back. The waitress that we had was rude especially when we asked for the manager we all finally got there at 7:32 pm because I called someone that was in my party at that time to see if they were inside. Which they were. Four parties that arrived after us was all served there food and appetizers and even paid and left before we even got anything and we got the appetizers and our meals at the same time when the manager first came over and talk to someone else all he did was have excuses no apologies it anything like customer recovery is not a concern and even when I talk to the manager he just kept saying he was the manager and one of the waitress said that customer recovery is like that at the restaurant I manage at and not there restaurant and that is fine but I will not be returning don't know how you open if that is attitude that given. I used to love this place. But after the experience I had today I don’t see myself going back. I told the hostess we had 11 people. She told me that they didn’t have a table that could even fit 11 people. She said my only option was to sit outside in the 90 degree humid weather if we wanted to be seated together. My group accepts this and we walk to the back. As we are walking there are plenty of tables for large groups so I KNOW they can seat more than 11 people together in this restaurant. I witnessed it just then and I’ve been at this restaurant so many times before and they have seated large groups.

I don’t know why the hostess didn’t offer us the option to wait for a table. She flat out said our only option is to sit outside. When I expressed hesitation on sitting in the heat she acted like I was the one who was ridiculous.

We get outside and order. Our food takes more than 30 min to get to us. We are all miserable and hot and want to go home and we don’t even have our food yet. When we finally get our food half of the table had COLD food including myself. I’m just very disappointed in the service and I will never put myself in that...

We went to Mr.Bs in Murray last Thursday night. Typically, we get seated and have no problem getting our drinks and food however, this time was different. The hostess asked how many after being ignored for a few minutes, I told her 2 and she sat us. Well, she slid our menu on the table and walked off, not your waitress will be with you soon, I hope you enjoy your meals.. nothing. At that point, three different waiters/waitresses walked past us multiple times without acknowledging us at all. We patiently waited and once I saw the two table that came in after us be sat and got their drinks ordered, we waited a few more minutes, still not being acknowledged, we left and went to another local restaurant where we were treated as patrons should.

We are just really disappointed as we have given this restraurant multiple chances and we won’t be back. Last May, they turned away our whole baseball team because we came 30 min before they closed because we were too big of a party. Had each family walked in separately, there wouldn’t had been an issue.. go figure.
