Went in to pick up my online order with my husband. And the worker was so nice to express her displeasure with how I ordered my sandwich. Not only once, not only twice. But the whole time we were there waiting for her to finish up. That’s all she talked about, she say “ew and that my order was gross”. First of all everyone orders their food differently. She was totally out of line embarrassing me in front of another person in the restaurant. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and just wanted my food and to go home after a long day. I felt like I had to use my pregnancy as an excuse for how I ordered my food. Totally unprofessional and super embarrassing that she felt she needed to do and say what she did. Someone could be having a really hard time and doesn’t need anything extra. I will make sure this gets to a supervisor.
Oh and the best part was her running out of pickles at the counter. And instead of just running back and grabbing more. She took a cookie bag to the back and filled it with pickles and put it in our bag. A big f you especially after making me the end of a joke our...
Read moreI passed by multiple Subway options along my drive and we decided to stop at the one closest to home. I'm so glad we did! Kiona was absolutely fantastic. I haven't experienced such beyond phenomenal customer service before. She was sweet, kind, funny, and really knew how to make a sandwich. I never had my subway taste so good before. It was like I could taste the love and care put into each bite. She even made sure to separate my boyfriend's chicken sandwich apart from my veggie sandwich and changed her gloves after finishing his and starting mine. Small things like that are super appreciated and I didn't have to mention a thing, she knows what she's doing! I really hope that she gets a raise, bonus, appreciation reward, or a promotion. She's a superstar and deserves so much, I can only hope they're treating her as well as she treats others. I wanted to write this as genuinely as I can because it's not often that I get delicious, well prepared food with such amazing service and it's extremely rare to find someone like Kiona.

When I went to go pick it up at 1:42pm, the lady said that I did not have an order and was questioning me, in not a very friendly manner, if I placed the order to the right store and saying it probably didn’t go through on my card. I showed her my confirmation that it was this store and that it did indeed go through on my card. She had said someone came in and took my order saying they were me, she said this has happened many times at this store. The worker I had been speaking to made me a new sandwich free of charge, which I really appreciated. But she was not very welcoming or friendly.
