Reviewing the 484 W 4500 S, Murray, UT 84123 location. Food was fine, service was prompt and good (but not friendly by any means...just some teenage kid who took our order, but never smiled, never thanked us for our order). Wirst part if this visit was the condition of the inside of the restaurant. It was gross and hadnt been cleaned in a few hiurs or more. Here is a list of the conditions I found: Condiments station had not been cleaned in a while. Sticky floor in front of the station. Splattered ketchup everywhere. One of the lids dispensers was completely out of medium sized lids Self-serve fountain drink station was sticky on the floor and looked like it had nit been wiped down in a while. Really hope they properly clean the dispenser nozzles each night at closing, but based on the cleanliness of the machine, I highly doubt it Dirty tables, dirty floor, sticky everywhere...we were the only patrons in the store at the time and nobody had cleaned nor was cleaning off the dirty tables or floors Overflowing garbage....I believe this may actually be a health code violation. The trash receptacle closest to us had overflowing garbage spilling out of it. My party had to search for one all the way across the restaurant to find one where we could empty our trash The manager appeared to be nowhere in sight to make sure the stire was at its best. Patrons shouldnt have to navigate and eat around filth. Show some resoect for your workplace and your customers. Read moreI am an employee at this Wendy's. Thank you for the good reviews, we greatly appreciate them. Please try to understand, a lot of times we are short on staff, and we get very busy, especially on the weekends, so sometimes we Dont have time to sweep up everything behind the counter or to restock the coke machines. We do have some people who are supposed to do those things, they choose not to. We try our best to get your food out as quick as possible, while also assuring it is as fresh as possible. As I said before, we get very busy, plus a lot of people have been quitting recently, with nobody to replace them, so we can't always get to your order the second you get there, but we do try. Maybe give this Wendy's another chance. I'd recommend going around 4:00pm on weekdays. It is usually not very busy around then, giving us more time to get your order, and it is not long after the lunch rush, which means we most likely have a lot of meat, chicken, and fries that we put down very recently, assuring they will be fresher. If you have read this review, please let me know, I usually work on Friday thru Tuesday around 7pm-2am. I would love to know how many people actually read these reviews. They are not all good, and I am aware we are not the best Wendy's (we don't even sell cookies at this one :( ) but there are some that are worse. Come in for a delicious, fresh meal. Read moreI wish I could I put zero stars. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever gone to and worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I had an order that got delivered through DoorDash and when I got the food an HOUR later it was ice cold and missing a sandwich from the two combos I ordered. I talked to DoorDash and figured I still wanted my food, so I went to the Wendy’s myself and explained my situation. The gentleman at the drive thru told me to pull forward so I did. When I got to the window the manager could not grasp that I wanted the same order that was on the doordash receipt and I’m willing to pay it again I just want my food. I had to repeat myself at least SIX times for her to realize what I was saying and what I wanted. She kept saying I have to talk to DoorDash and that I can’t get the food for free. I explained that I already talked to DoorDash and all I wanted was the food that was on the receipt and that I will pay for it AGAIN. THERE. She finally understood and told me I had to go around the drive thru again to wait for my food. At the very end I received my two combos but the one sandwich (chicken sandwich) that was for my boyfriend never got lettuce or anything that was standard on the sandwich. He ended up eating it even though it was not what he wanted and because of the energy I had to put in to get two simple combos. Took me over an hour to go through this process. The late night manager should be FIRED....
