Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Murrieta

I went through the drive-thru on my way to work for my co-workers. I ordered a double western combo and I ordered the double super star combo (No onion) and did say my co-worker is allergic. We work at the local hospital and got busy but in the early morning my co-workers came to me and told me that the food was all wrong. I asked if they still had the receipt and they thought someone had thrown it out. I called this location twice and spoke to MGR's or so they said. (ED) and (DANIEL). I explained what happened and was basically told without a receipt they could not help. I asked if they could look it up and i was told sorry we are in the middle of a lunch rush. I explained how my co-workers could not eat the burger due to the onions and the other one was incorrect. He laughed and i said i do not think that is funny and he swore up and down he did not laugh. Been a fan of Carl's since way back. Ever since my first Western Bacon Cheeseburger, but somewhere in between the fond memories of a little boy, with a big burger, and a heavenly chocolate shake , my food crush turnd into something almost malign, and deeply unapatizing. With competitors offering an increasingly wide selection of deals at a fraction of the cost, and the ever growing selection of "dollar menues" Carl's was quickly forgotten in favor of what I felt was simply, far more value. That all changed recently. I was pleased to find their $5 dollar All Star menu offering delicious food at a really good price. Combos with things like, a burger and a chicken sandwich, or a burger and a hot dog, fries, a cookie, and a drink all in a box for five bucks! There's even sliders on the cheap. I had a great experience eating at the 28023 Scott Rd, Murrieta location. The manager was great! He spoke to his employees with kindness and support, he was knowledgeable and extremely polite. The manager was very involved with every step of the eating experience from the drive through window, counter and walking the restaurant floor cleaning and refilling the ice and condiments while giving his employees the support they needed communicating in a respectful manner. My food was perfect, the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was soothing and welcoming. I highly recommend this Carl's Jr location, it's tucked away in the back corner of the shopping center, has a nice clean indoor play area and has a drive through as well.
