I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. I got there a little bit before the ETA. I checked in and parked into the curbside pickup. Or they call it the burrito loading zone as what the sign says.
I waited for 10 minutes and I noticed that The store was busy however people were coming in and out and getting mobile orders.
I went inside to look for my order asked one of the staff members who was very helpful. However she didn't understand what a curbside pickup was and so she had to ask someone and they told her that curbside pickup is the mobile order shelves inside the store. I let her know that on the app it gives you the option for inside the store on the shelf ( it literally says that in parentheses). She then finds my food just sitting by the drink station and says here it is and just so you know for the future curbside pickup is actually the mobile order and I told her that it was not based off of what the app said.
I checked my food before I left and it was cold but I was too anxious because everybody was staring at me and giving me nasty looks because I was trying to explain what was on the app and what I was being told.
After moving to this new area this is the second time I've been to this Chipotle and I always feel like people are just giving you nasty looks and kind of talking down to you.
I would have asked them to redo my order however I'll just reach out to corporate and...
Read moreWORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Every person I interacted with had pisspoor attitudes, and the food is even worse (which chipotle is truly never bad, so this took a lot to prompt me to write this review. Besides the terrible customer service). The guy taking everyone’s order on the line could barely speak up, making it hard to hear what he was saying. Like, seriously, talking at -2 decibels. He explained to me that they were out of white rice, which I wanted, but I understand that things happen and went with brown rice. Let me tell you- this brown rice is SO crunchy! Terrible! The chicken is also burnt. The cashier lacked any sort of energy checking me out and for whatever reason she slid my bag of food across the counter into me and didn’t say anything once I paid. Overall, I was just completely shocked at how everyone working looked and acted like they would rather be eating dirt than working in that moment. I get it, fast food/retail sucks, but the least you can do is exercise basic customer service. Would also like the mention that I noticed the line and dining area was pretty gross, bits and pieces of food everywhere. Won’t be coming to this location again, not that they care, but it would be nice if they took reviews seriously. Crummy attitudes and even...
Read moreI don't normally post reviews, but, customer service was basically 0. I was the only one in line when I walked up. Probably at least 6 workers at the counter. Was seen by every single one, multiple times & acknowledged by none. It looked like one guy was cleaning up a spill. A lady walked in a few minutes later & ended up getting served before me. I ordered 1 bowl & 1 burrito. They only had 1 portion of white rice. When it came to meats, the only one they had stocked was chicken. The girl had to go to the back to see if they had more Carnitas. Thankfully, they did. I asked for corn on the bowl & she had to go to the back to get that too. They're open until 10pm. This was around 7:30pm (Sunday). There was a line of people by the time I left, which they had no food prepared to serve. By the time I drove 5 min back home, we had to microwave our food because it was barely even warm. I understand that sometimes you run out of things, I have been in the food industry for 7 years. But, to serve barely luke-warm food & not even acknowledge your customers gave me enough reason to try a different location next time. The one positive was the food at least...
