I don't eat fast food often but since i was away from home I partook on this American tradition lol. Maybe it's been forever since I've been to KFC but was surprised they now offer spicy chicken! It's the little things for me really. Food was fine... the reason I am giving them only 3 stars is because as a fast food chain, I'd expect a well established supply management. They ran out of forks and/or spoons (maybe they carry sporks)... which is really mind blowing. There was no heads up about this either. An hour from home, how exactly was I to enjoy my food? I returned because the forks were missing and the guy at the counter shuffled around looking for some, a solid 20 minutes had passed since I'd gone through the drive threw and he wasn't immediately aware? That's odd, so poor supply management AND communication. Eek. I'm sure things like this happen however this is a major red flag for me. Maybe it's my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt talking however lol. Read moreFood made me really sick. One of the sauce packets they gave me was punctured and leaked all over the inside of the bag. It didn't get on the food since it was in the box so I thought it was ok but 20 minutes after eating, I got really sick. Not sure how the sauce was punctured but I'm pretty sure I got it like that. There was really nothing that could have punctured it from sitting on my car seat. But that would mean they gave it to me like that. I can't imagine the person who packed it would do that on purpose but I also can't imagine how that person would've missed the punctured packet. It was a large gash in the top about a quarter inch wide.
Regardless of it was on purpose or not, there's obviously not close enough manager supervision that would allow this to happen in the first place. Blaming the kid that did it would be pointless. I think it's the management's problem which makes it the owners problem. Really unacceptable. I've seen restaurants get shut down...

This one has gone electronic, so no special orders, like all wings, gravey on the side, extra honey, etc. I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes before someone came to the register. She seemed annoyed (perhaps there is no one specifically hired for the counter anymore?). She took my order and it took a while to get it, probably due to the special requests. The table was dirty. When another customer asked to have someone clean it, again she looked annoyed (perhaps no one is assigned to tables either?).After she fully cleaned that table, she walked right past the two other tables next to that table that were dirty and did not even attempt to wipe them, even though she did look at them on her way to the back. Perhaps they were shorthanded today because the service in the past has been good. The food made up for any complaints I had! Yum! I got 2 wings combo, gravy on the side and extra honey for my biscuit. Perfect...
