★★★★★!! I VISITED THIS LITTLE CAESARS PIZZA ON 4/6/18. I CALLED, GOT BAD DIRECTIONS FROM TWO WORKERS THERE, ORDERED MY USUAL BESTEST $6. PIZZA, "NO RING + NO CRUST." THEY GENERALLY MAKE THE PIZZAS BY PLACING A "RING" ON THE FLATTENED PIZZA DOUGH, SO THE TOPPINGS CAN GO ON NICELY AND IT'S A BIT SMALLER THAN THE DIAMETER OF THE PIZZA, ERGO: YOUR CRUST. I HAPPEN TO NOT CARE FOR CRUST + ALWAYS ORDER IT MY WAY: SO THEY DO NOT USE THE RING, + PUSH THE SAUCE + TOPPINGS TO THE EDGE FOR NO CRUST, AS TO MY LIKING, (AT ALL OTHER LITTLE CAESARS PIZZA I HAVE EVER VISITED). *BUT THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AT THIS STORE! ★PLEASE STAY WITH ME HERE, IT'LL BE WELL WORTH YOUR WHILE..... I GOT THERE FINALLY, AFTER THE WRONG DIRECTIONS, THE PIZZA WAS NOT HOW I ORDERED IT, AS IT HAD A BIG CRUST ON IT, + IS WAS NOT HOT! I TOLD THE COUNTER PEOPLE OF MY DISSATISFACTION, + WAS TOLD: "WE DON'T MAKE THEM THAT WAY HERE." WELL THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT ON THE PHONE, + NEVER CALLED ME BACK EITHER! ★*NOW READ ON PLEASE: I WENT IN PERSON TO THE STORE A MONTH LATER (5/4/18 @ 8:35p.m.), ASKED FOR AND IMMEDIATLY THE MANAGER WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF ME. THE HANDSOME YOUNG APPEARING, VERY POLITE, COURTEOUS, + MOST IMPORTANTLY TO ME: A SINCERELY CARING YOUNG MAN, WHO LISTENED TO MY STORY, AND MY REQUEST TO HAVE A FREE PIZZA TO SATISFY THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR MONTH. HE EXPLAINED TBST ACTUALLY, THE POLICY IS TO 'ALWAYS' USE THE 'RING' ON ALL PIZZAS, HOWEVER, HE TOTALLY AGREED THAT I WAS GIVEN A DISSERVICE EARLIER, APOLOGIZED, + OFFERED TO MAKE A NICE HOT FRESH PIZZA FOR ME HIMSELF, JUST THE WAY U WANTED IT RHE MONTH BEFORE. BUT I HAD TO UNDERSTAND THAT THEY WON'T MAKE IT MY WAY IN THE FUTURE, I AGREED + THANKED HIM. ★★THAT MANAGER, GOD BLESS HIM, I HOPE HE GETS EVERYTHING IN LIFE HE EVER WANTS OR NEEDS. HE *MADE ME THE *VERY, (AND NO DOUBT) *BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY LITTLE CAESARS PIZZA IN TWENTY YEARS AND PROBABLY OVER 30 STORES THAT I HAVE REGULARLY BOUGHT FROM. I CAN'T TELL YOU IN EXACT WORDS MY FEELINGS ON THIS, I WAS SO HIGHLY ELATED! BUT TAKE THIS PIZZA EXPERTS TRUE WORDS TO THE BANK, I ATE THE WHOLE PIZZA ON THE WAY TO HEMET, EVERY SINGLE SLICE, WHICH WAS A FIRST! I DIDN'T REALIZE IT UNTIL THERE WAS ONLY ONE SLICE LEFT IN THE BOX! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED KINDER, MORE RESPECTFUL, OR BETTER SATISFIED, EVER IN MY LIFE, WITH THE RESULTS OF A COMPLAINT I'VE MADE TO ANY BUSINESS, AS I WAS FROM THIS MARVELOUS MANAGERS WONDERFUL ATTITUDE, DEMEANOR, AND CONFIDENCE. I WOULD NEVER HAD BELIEVED THIS HAPPENED SO GOOD TO.ME, UNTIL I TOOK THE FIRST BITE OF THE RESULTS OF HIS PIZZA MAKING SKILLS IN MY CAR. BEYOND WORDS!!! HE'S A CLASS ACT + I HOPE LITTLE CAESARS LEARNS OF HIM SOON, HE IS A HUGE ASSET + A "KEEPER" BY ANY EMPLOYER IN HIS FUTURE!! I DON'T BELIEVE THERE WILL BE ANY MORE MISHANDLED PHONE CALLS TO HIS STORE ON HWY. 79 (WINCHESTER RD. SOUTHBOUND) NEAR MURRIETA HOT SPRINGS RD., IN MURRIETA, CALIFORNIA, SHOULD HE HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT. OBE OF MY GREATEST EXPERIENCES IN LIFE, AND IM THANKFUL I HAVE THE HONOR TO VOLUNTEER THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION VIA GOOGLE, FOR YOUR BEST PLACES LIST TO...
Read moreFood-wise, this has been one of the better Little Caesars locations that I've been to. Unfortunately, they are extremely slow and have really bad customer service skills. I've ordered from this store several times, on different days of the week and at different times; I have always waited extra long to get my food. The last order I put in was only for 2 pizzas, which I was told would take about 30 minutes (already a long wait for Little Caesars). I arrived late, knowing that they are usually later than predicted, and I still had to wait around for 30 minutes to get my order. So in total, it took an hour just to get 2 pizzas. They had five employees working (that I could see), but only 2 of them were actually doing anything. The other 3 (all looked to be about college age) just stood to the side blasting music from their cell phones and using their cell phones. There was a long line, but no one would go to the counter to help. At one point, an employee finally came to the counter, but it was only to ring up and order of crazy bread for another employee. Kudos to the one younger lady that was actually working hard, trying to get food out. I kept hearing the other employee that was actually working (older than the rest) yell "order ready" several times, but than I never saw any of these orders leave the kitchen. Speaking as a manager myself, keeping these younger employees around when they are rude and don't even work is harming the company severely. I don't know what the behind the scenes relationship is with these employees, but I would have terminated them a long time ago. They clearly don't care about the business or respect the management. Unfortunately, if this is the way that is franchise is managed, I don't expect it could really survive all that long. If they want the restaurant to succeed and have happy, returning customers, the manager really needs to make some tough decisions about staffing. I would also expect that the corporate office would not be too happy with how this franchise is being run, as this not only reflects on the management, but also the brand. I've been to other, busier locations, with only 3 employees working, and they manage to get orders out within 10 to 15 minutes. If this place could start doing that, based on the food that I have had from here, I would easily change my...
Read moreI went in today for my normal Friday pick up at the pizza portal. When I arrived I noticed my wife’s name was not on the screen, knowing the order was placed an hour before I was there I asked about my pizzas. Asia told me it would be a little while longer and they were actually just coming out. Okay no problem, talked to a nice older gentleman for the next 12 minutes. I realize I have been there over ten more minutes, the gentlemen I am talking to ask about his pizza, and I also ask about mine. She checks returns with his pizza, and then tells me that my pizzas a just coming out. I say “ oh you said they were just coming out ten minutes ago”, apparently I warranted the response of “ well this time I’m serious “ I ask for a manager, she helps a few customers, walks to the back . “ another customer wants to talk to the manager cause he has to wait for his pizza “ . I wait, she comes out I tell the manager ( forget her name) that I am not upset at the wait but about how she spoke to me like I’m her mother not a customer. She obviously needs to be educated in customer service. I can see why the turnover at this place is so high. Sean was the name I was giving for a higher up manager. I would hope you speak with Asia, the rude girl at the register, and also the young lady manager. Who obviously could care less about her staff yelling back at customers, and being rude to them. Also I was not the only one to have a complaint. The gentleman before me also waited longer for pizza he ordered two hours prior. Time management, customer service, respect for the people who are spending money with you. It’s not hard and you are getting paid. I’m so sorry we are really backed up today I apologize for the longer wait. It’s...
