Every time I've gone to this location I've had a good experience. The staff is courteous and fast. The milkshakes are great and the flavors are fun and different.The shakes are pricey, but it is a local business that supports other local businesses.

What I find really uncomfortable is the fact that when paying with a card, they tell you "it'll ask you a question first" and that question is whether or not you will tip. Tipping on an $8 milkshake is a bit much, but it's especially awkward with the employee standing right there watching. There is a tip jar available too, right in front of the cashier. Milkshakes were awesome. The lady that waited on us and took our money was super sweet but the lady that made our shakes was extremely nasty! If it weren't for the one that was so nasty - I would have given this store 5 stars! I always say - if you don't like your job - quit! On a side note - I have been in there 3 times since I encountered the nasty lady and the guys that have waited on me have been great! Super personal and very friendly.
