I have no problem with stores being closed due to low staff, that being said I think it's absolutely ridiculous they still allow online orders to be confirmed and PAID FOR in full, only for us to never receive the food due to the store being closed. The Google business hours are not updated, so it will specifically tell you the store is open. The online ordering will also not warn you or stop you from placing an order, even worse, the online ordering will CONFIRM the order for you and promise a delivery time. Our food never came, we spent upwards of $20 because we also left a large tip via the online ordering. Due to the store being closed, I will NOT be getting a refund until the store is back open. As someone who works in food service myself, I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I'm currently out $20, have no food, and have no way to contact the store to issue a refund until they open. I don't know when they will be open next, because they refuse to update their store hours online. I can't speak for the food or customer experience because I didn't get any food or customer experience. Go to jersey Mike's or...
Read moreI've been a long time customer, even though the staff has never really been friendly. But, after today I will never go back. I ordered 2 sandwiches and dispite being asked twice what I wanted on them. When I got home I found that they were bith wrong. One snadwitch was for a mini with just ham, turkey and cheese and the was no ham on it. The 2nd sandwitch was for a number 9 with the meat cheese plus lettece, tomato and mayo. This one had no lettece, tomato or mayo. In stead onion and vinigrate. Mistakes happen, this isn't even what has me upset. My call in to let them know the order was messed up is what has me giving them up. When I informed them that my order was messed up I was told that I could bring them back in. When I said that I couldn't come back in he hung up. I called back and was told the same thing with no other option. Apperantly they have enough customers that they can afford to lose one by being rude...
Read moreCalled for a delivery roughly 2 1/2 to 3 miles away and after listening to 2 employees argue over the phone for a lengthy time, the 2nd employee could be very clearly heard saying "forget it I don't wanna do it" so in return employee who answered call replied to this caller, "sorry we only deliver within a 2 mile radius" and just hung up. I suggest if you're in a business meeting caught in a lunch hurry and anywhere over 2 miles away looking for that "freaky fast delivery " or any lunch for that matter you call someplace else because you won't find here *Even if a customer was/is outside of the delivery radius employees answering the Jimmy John business phone for orders should always remember common courtesy and manners when answering the phone versus a customer having to listen to a argument between employees with rude answers and being hung up on there should be some line of professionalism it isn't your cell phone...
