Came to this McDonald's to order food for breakfast at about 6am. Only one part of the breakfast menu was up. Asked the lady who came over the intercom about it and she rudely stated it's not up... We order our food and she said pull up to the window. The girl Shaquora was not standing at the first window she was not to be seen back there. We pull up to the second window where the General Manager and Lawrence were. Then we here Shaquora yell out the first Drive thru window "i said the first window" at this point we are not going to reverse our car. She comes walking up to the first window with what looked to be a phone in her hand that she shoved in her back pocket. We figured she was on break or something being that she was on her phone. We stated "we are sorry we did not see you back there" she snatched the credit card outta my sisters hand and yells "I dont know how you couldn't see me I was standing at the window" with the general manager standing there who didn't say anything to her. Lawrence handed us our card back and gave us our food he was a very sweet gentleman and apologized for her actions. He asked if we wanted to speak with the manager but since she didn't say anything when it happened I didn't want to deal with it. Not to mention i didnt have time since we are heading out of time on our vacation. Totally uncalled for and disrespectful of the lady. With so many food options in muskegon next time I will go to Brooklyn bagels down the road where I can get my frappe and breakfast sandwiches for cheaper and great customer service. Lawrence was the only person this morning that gave us any respect...
Read moreI normally don't write reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience this time. I went to this McDonald's expecting the usual quick and simple service, but instead I ended up waiting an entire hour just to get my food. During that time, I watched multiple people who came after me receive their orders without any issues, while mine still hadn't come or been called.
When I finally went up to ask about my order, the employee barely responded and didn't seem to care about the situation at all. It wasn't just the lack of urgency that bothered me, it was the attitude I was given. After waiting so long, I thought maybe they'd at least apologize, but instead, when I finally got my food, the worker gave me a look like she was upset with me for asking about my order.
By the time I got my order, the ice in my Coke was already half melted, which told me that my drink had probably been sitting out for a long time before I was given it. Now, see, I'm usually very patient, understanding, and again, I never leave reviews, but this whole experience left me feeling completely ignored and disrespected as a customer. An hour for fast food seems unacceptable, and the poor attitude that I was given just made it worse.
I truly hope this location will take a close look at this feedback and address these issues so other customers don't have to experience the same...

After waiting 15 minutes in line, I placed and paid for my order: a 20-piece nugget, a 10-piece nugget, a large fry, a small fry, and a large Coke. When I picked up my food, I was shocked to find that instead of what I ordered, I received six McChickens—not even close to what I paid for.
To make matters worse, I was never given a receipt, so when I went inside to correct the mistake, the situation escalated fast. I asked for a refund, and instead of fixing their mistake, they took the food back and refused to refund me, claiming I never paid! I even tried to show proof of the charge on my card statement, but the manager just kept arguing with me and was straight-up aggressive, acting like they wanted to fight instead of resolving the issue professionally.
On top of that, the entire staff, including the manager, was loudly cursing and using racial slurs—an absolutely unacceptable level of unprofessionalism. This location is a complete disaster—disorganized, disrespectful, and full of employees who clearly don’t care about customers.
I strongly believe disciplinary action should be taken against this entire night crew, including the manager. If you value basic customer service, honesty, and respect, stay far away...
