STAY READY so you won't have to GET READY Mustang is small so it's not hard to find out and/or hear about town happenings. Apparently, there was some kind of sporting event happening that day, the overall STAFF and surroundings should've been GREEN- AND- ON- POINT... "Meaning" READY set GO.
WHEN YOU FAIL TO PREPARE, YOU PREPARE TO FAIL...
First impression... EPIC FAIL-- I LOVE BRAUM'S SEASONAL STRAWBERRY POPPYSEED (GRILLED) CHICKEN SALAD Imagine my expression when I say and mean wholeheartedly that salad was the absolute worst ever. The employees LACKED the knowledge of the FOOD and OVERALL INGREDIENTS etc... Apparently verbal TRAINING and visual TRAINING should be revisited.
BRAUM'S DM should most definitely be RETRAINED and even more so, the overall MANAGEMENT of all BRAUM'S stores should follow proper protocol, in my opinion the books overall need to be REVISED. If the employees are not aware because of their lack of training there's definitely a drop in communication whether during training and/or failure to retain the knowledge.
IN MY OPINION ALL EMPLOYEES AND ALL MGMT INCLUDED SHOULD HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING THAT A MANDATORY QUARTERLY STANDING (REVISIT) WILL BE put into place pending corporate approval; thenceforth, it will be SAME TIME, SAME PLACE, UNLESS TOLD 2 WKS PRIOR to ensure everyone will be informed in a timely manner during possible training, if mgmt or employees fail to comply, one should be reprimanded privately up to 3x of dropping the ball... I've never worked for Braum's personally; however, I am knowledgeable of knowing undoubtedly that, Braum's is corporate and most definitely not Franchised.✅
✅ TIME TO LEAN, TIME TO CLEAN. ✅
All employees should understand that EVERYONE is there to perform proficiently and represent BRAUM'S accordingly, mistakes happen but after 3x it's no longer a mistake; in addition to but not limited, TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK. Hmm, having a RANDOM SECRET SHOPPER in place should be a very strong consideration and future possibility for all BRAUM'S restaurants, upon approval.

Read moreI've heard of Braum's Ice Cream , but this was my first time having it. I was visiting family in Mustang and we stopped by one night to get dinner and ice cream. I was happy to see they have the Chicken Strip Dinner with Gravy like I used to get at Dairy Queen in Las Vegas , but they stop selling food and only do ice cream and cakes now. It also has a good sized store attached to it to buy gallons of ice cream , fruit , snacks , frozen dinners , etc. The store is very clean and organized. They also have a large dining room.
I got the Chicken Strip Dinner # 10 with a Strawberry Shake. The chicken strips were pretty good and so was the gravy. You get a roll instead of Texas Toast which was okay , but would have preferred Texas Toast. The fries were good and they gave us a lot and even gave us an extra order. My son got the Bacon Cheeseburger Combo # 5 and I tried it and it was okay. My daughter in law got the 4 Chicken Strip Combo # 9 with Braum's Dip instead of Gravy. She also got a Cappuccino Chunky Chocolate Brownie Sundae. I wasn't a fan , but she loved it.
If I lived here I would come back to try more of the ice cream. The food was just okay and probably not something I would crave often. It wasn't bad , just...
Read moreI HATE giving bad reviews. :( Was disappointed in tonight's service. Although the employees were nice enough, the service was super slow. We pulled right up to the speaker and ordered two chocolate yogurt cones and then proceeded to wait almost 30min. just to pay and then get to the second window and they tell us the machine is no longer dispensing chocolate yogurt. By that time it was somewhere about 10:15. We kindly asked for a refund and we politely said have a good night and we left...disappointed... as that was the only reason I rode with my husband on his errand. We live in Yukon and didn't have time to make it to another store before 10:30 when they closed...or so we thought....the one by the highway doesn't close until 10:45! Hooray...they saved the day! Unfortunately, this is not the 1st negative experience from your store. The half dozen other times have been disappointing in some way or another. I am a pretty positive person and give the benefit of doubt more often than not and have a tendency to give 2nd+ chances. I would say this was my last visit to this store but I'm sure at some point I will give another chance but not...
