My daughter is allergic to Dairy and on our last visit there I had requested a burger without cheese, luckily I checked it once we got home before she ate it because she's had been put on and taken off. Always check over in the Drive-Thru before I leave so I didn't notice it right away but she wanted to add barbecue sauce to her Burger when we got home and when I went to do that is when I noticed the cheese.
I know mistakes happen I called immediately to let the manager know I didn't want anything extra done I didn't want to have to come back I didn't want them to make it up to me in another time I just wanted them to be better educated that this could have ended up in a severe hospital visit for my 3-year-old child.
The manager was offhandedly rude actually. She told me I should have said it was an allergy... but should I I was ordering something that online menu told me was safe for my child to eat as long as it did not contain cheese I ordered it in that manner and instead it was not safe for my child to eat it could have ended in a hospital visit for us had my daughter taken even one bite.
I should be able to safely order my food the way I want without having to declare it an allergy. You should be able to order your food and get what you ordered. And when you call to let them know that they messed up you should not be made to feel like it was your fault that they did not cook your order the way...

The register was refusing to work but it's understandable I have patience. But instead of jumping to the next register to retake my order the cashier complains to his manager about not recieving a break before someone else in front of me. The manager tells him to take his break and he will take my order. Well you'd think he take my order first before taking his cashiers order since I've been having to wait. No instead he let's his cashier ring up his food and pay for it before I can even order my food and eat because that is what I went there to do. Previously my fiance worked at this location. We couldn't file our taxes due to their refusal to give us W2s information they are legally required to give.
Upon calling corporate they stated that it is up to the franchise to give the W2s. When going in store in person the manager "Ginger" stated that only corporate handles W2s.
Upon calling them again they tell us to again contact the local franchise. This is blatant refusal to give us what they are legally required to provide to their employees for taxes.
We will be contacting the IRS to retrieve our W2s.
Do not work for this location. Do not eat this location if you can help it, Yukon's has better management.
