Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Mustang

We visited this particular sonic Sunday at 12:30 it was semi busy and that’s understandable with the after church crowd. We Ordered three drinks cost $10 roughly. We waited 10 minutes I knew it might take a while to get our drink order as during the time we waited a carhop came to the window, asking if we had a specific order that was sitting on her tray because she didn’t know where it went and another car hop was walking as slowly as he possibly could vaping on his way back into the store as to utilize the most of his time outside. After our order finally arrived the carhop was friendly. I paid on the kiosk so no money was interchanged. After the long wait and high cost of three drinks one of our three drinks wasn’t even correct. I asked for the carhop to come correct the drink over the kiosk and he came right back out and assessed the problem and went to fix the drink when we got the corrected drink it was wrong again. I still tipped the carhop for being friendly and trying to fix the issue but I will not be back...

Worst Sonic I've ever had. Super Sonic Double Cheeseburger meat was hard, old and cold. Large Tater tots were more like a small order as well as overcooked, old and stale. Probably refried. Ordered a Large Coke, was brought a medium unsweetened tea. After 6 minutes of waiting, they never came back out with my coke so I just left. Guess it's my fault for getting food when all the kids are working and DGAF.

Edit/Update - Wanted to add that I also ordered the new banana pudding shake, which I put in the freezer when I got home and came back to it an hour after writing the above review. I asked for and paid for double extra real banana to be added, after a few bites was noticing there were No bananas in it. Poured the rest into a bowl to confirm, and yep no bananas.

There's no need for me to call, because I won't ever go back anyways. Just chalking it...

Well my drink was great so I’ll give 3 stars for that! However my sausage toaster was pretty awful. The sausage was lukewarm, the cheese was cold, not at all melty, and no egg?! The bread was cold and flaky it was so dry. I decided to not eat it since it wasn’t cooked properly. This was all after waiting 15 minutes just to be served by a very grumpy woman that basically shoved the food into my window, turned around and stormed off. I guess she didn’t want that $1 I’d planned on tipping her with. Cause ya no, I had 15 minutes to prepare the tip while waiting. Had it sitting there ready to hand over. Whatever. Hopefully this was just a bad morning for this location. My toaster craving has been ruined so I won’t be...
