Update- the executive team at Corporate Verizon took care of the āmissing phoneā for us. The local store accused us of lying and never would have taken care of us had we not gotten ahold of corporate using the BBB. I would have updated my Star review had the local store done anything to assist us besides accusing us of lying. Verizon overall is fine- just be leery of locally owned stores. Upfront want to say we have had a good experience here, but the last 2 months have not been amazing. 2. Didnāt read turn in instructions and this was not the store to turn in my old phone. 3. āZoeyā took my phone on October 7, around 6pm, in person and shouldnāt have but didnāt say that. Then an hour later called stating they needed access to our account again to fix the account- at 7:40pm. Called to check later the next week and was told they would review video and get back with us as they donāt have our phone. Itās gone downhill since there. Two months later we are billed for the now stolen phone that we canāt track and they refuse to let us know if video has been checked. Glenn and Tyler have promised to get back with us many times. So far no answer. Called corporate. They canāt do anything. Called police. Itās a ācivil matter.ā This is a last ditch effort before we file in small claims. He was immediately rude to my wife, unprofessional, kept repeating there was nothing he or anyone could do except the initial rep that handled our account. Byron continued being evasive and rude, cutting my wife off when she was speaking. He said the rep that initially handled our account was the only person that could help, I told him he represented Verizon, why canāt he handle it, and again Byron became haughty, rude and unwilling to help. So I got haughty back and asked him if the initial rep was the only person on the entire planet that could help and if his help alone encompassed all of the corporation that is Verizon. STILL rude, unprofessional and unwilling to assist in any way. If you donāt like dealing with customer complaints go find something else to do. We called corporate and got our issue handled immediately so clearly Byron lied and just doesnt care to help with customer issues. So we filed a formal complaint. I wouldnt recommend going to this store if Byron is working unless you want an unprofessional...

Had a iPhone 13 pro max that died for no reason after 10 months, I go to the store to have it replaced, and after being put through a hamster wheel with promises that a new phone is being sent to my house in 1-2 business days, after 10 days I have to go pick it up from the Fed Ex warehouse.
So you may be asking by now, why are you rating them so high? Fair question.
By far the workers there, Hunter and Princy both worked very hard on my behalf and were on the phone for hours at a time over the course of 3-4 days of my visits. Both deserve promotions for putting up with me and for being so helpful in dealing with the Verizon warranty department. (Ascurion?)
