Edit: I received a call back from the florist inquiring where I taught so they could bring the flowers to me. I do not teach nearby but they told me they would deliver the flowers to my work place anyway. That is appreciated, but this caused a lot of unnecessary stress. My recommendation to this place is to think more of their customers, offer a teacher discount, and when new customers come in, be more welcoming and patient with them, be prepared to work with whatever their budget is. And I just have to add, it's been quite a while since I have encountered a place so inconsiderate of educators. Goodness gracious. How sad!

Poor customer service. Horribly overpriced. Inconsiderate. First, when I ordered my flowers weeks ago to be picked up today at 4:00, the woman who took my order was not very kind or welcoming. This flower shop also does not recognize educators and give teacher discounts. When told about teacher discounts that another florist nearby gave, the woman said she had "never heard of a teacher discount before." What I would have gotten at Ann's Flowers Decor and More for $60.00-$70.00, they told me they charged 130.00+. When asked if they could scale it down I was told it would still cost $100.00. I got a phone call today, at work, telling me that they just decided they were closing at 3:30 today and I needed to pick the flowers up by then. When I called them back, they changed the time again and told me that the flowers needed to be picked up at 3:00! When I explained that I was a teacher and did not get off until 3:10, they offered no solution other than can't I just come get it during my lunch. I have a 30 minute lunch and my school is over 20 minutes away. I will not be using this...

While we ordered the designers choice, we were disappointed with the attention to detail we requested. We specifically asked for a purple seasonal mix with no pink flowers. What was delivered was a pink and white mix with purple asters. We did get a good value for our money, and the flowers appear to be of good quality. It was not skimpy, just wrong. There is no excuse for having only 10% of a purple mix be purple. We ordered this arrangement a week in advance which would have allowed ample time for them to order flowers to accommodate our request or call us about color substitutions, especially when we requested no pink. I recently ordered some flowers for my wife to celebrate our Anniversary. Like always, the flowers were delivered in a timely manner, beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. My wife loved them.

I have gone to them several times over the last few years and have always been very satisfied with their work. They are my go to source flowers and have been since I first used them after moving to the Mustang area around 3 years ago. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and fair priced.
