Here’s the thing; I have been coming to this place every year, at-least three times a vacation, since they opened. Over 5 years or so, 15-20 visits I’ve received the pleasure of watching their expansions year after year to where they are now. The owner is so nice, accommodating, and absolutely wonderful with her customers. She’s present on site and represents the company very well. She is to commended for getting it where it is at, certainly. Unfortunately todays experience brings me here to review, because one person CAN make or break revenue for now, and for future. Today my 4 and two year old were extra rowdy (for me, not the cafe) so being a mother of two beautiful growing souls, I took on some anxiety when server/waitress did show to the table for 15 minutes, leaving us to ask someone else to serve us. He went and got our waitress and oh how I wish he would of just taken our table. By the time she got there we ordered drinks and food. Drinks came out, no straws were left, and again for the kids that matters, being their drinks have lids to prevent spillage. Attitude was present from the time we ordered til when we had to get up to go find her for straws. The straw must of really broke the camels back because a hour after seating, 45 after ordering, our food came out, Served by another person who wasn’t our waitress. 10 minutes after food was served we had to get up again to find her to ask for ketchup. Couple minutes later Checked in on by another server who again, wasn’t ours. Our server was not present, period. When she was forced to our table we were given nothing but attitude. Had to give my credit card to the manager to try to atleast get the payment processing being now the kids are restless and done. Had to ask a different male server to get us boxes. She then came running over with my card in the machine, slams it on the table, hovers over me as I adjust the exuberant automatic 20%, 25%, 30%, options, down to $13. That $13 should go straight to the two male servers, she said “WOW” as I was typing it in. Keep in mind I had terrible service and should of hit the decline button. My bill was only $111 so she’s lucky she got anything to be honest. She grabbed the machine and said “oh you shouldn’t have, thank you,” in the most arrogant voice she could. She followed my family outside and said “thank you so so much,” as we are physically leaving. In conclusion the food is great, the prices are decent, but customer service is always first. I am 33 years old and have never had such a condescending experience. Looks at my google ratings, I do not give bad reviews so this incident speaks volumes for me. I’m not sure if there is any type of reset for what happened today. Comping the bill would be appreciated if any future business from my family or friends will ever return.

We went to Myrtle Beach for a family vacation and decided to eat here for breakfast. The food was excellent. The tiramisu crepe was genius and just delicious! The place was packed when we came and waited 40 mins to get seated. Our server was nice and pleasant, she did take a while to refill our drinks, but we were in the middle of the brunch rush, so it wasn’t that big of a deal. She was working hard. The one thing that made us feel uneasy was when the lady from the front desk assumed that my husband put “outside” beverage in his drink after taking a quick smoke break from outside with his soda. I can understand that some people do crazy things when they’re on vacation, but it was the approach that got us. Mind you this was before 1PM. The lady just went to our table and immediately pointed at the drink saying “did you put something else in your drink, outside?” It was rather embarrassing to the people we’re with and frankly, quite unprofessional. There’s probably a better way to approach these incidents. To note, no. We did not bring or put any alcohol on anything. This just put a weird vibe to our whole experience. Update: As you can see with the response I was provided in my previous review was another unprofessional remark. Like I said, we didn’t bring or put any “outside” beverage into anything we had from this restaurant. We had our infant with us, so not only that’s inappropriate but it was unacceptable to even be drinking with a child at 1pm. That was clearly a wild assumption. My husband simply brought his soda, that he purchased in this establishment to sip on while he smokes outside. The place he went to was their patio that you can see clearly from where the extremely rude lady was standing. While I am aware that there are rules or a sign that says no outside beverages allowed, I don’t think it counts when the drink you bring in is from the restaurant. Especially when you didn’t even put anything in it! So instead of apologizing for the rude approach or assumption, you’ve clearly made your point that you’re unprofessional and not only that, you assume that your customers who spent almost $200 including the tip we generously gave our sweet waitress are doing something you don’t approve of out of your sight. I get where you’re coming from, I do. I’m sure it’s happened a few times. It just sucks that you’ve made a mistake and didn’t even wanna take responsibility and even trying to blame us and call us disrespectful, when clearly that’s not the case. Ps. I changed my review rating now to make it more accurate. Food was good. But oh my.

--- ATTN Locals --- BE ADVISED --- If you are familiar with Crepe Creations from 3+ years ago, you will notice that many changes have been made. Location: proximity of shopping & entertainment (movie theater 2 doors down). • Our first impressions: I was completely caught off guard by the sophistication of this breakfast cafe. I had a hankering for some crepes and was expecting a simple breakfast joint to satisfy the craving. As soon as we opened the door, we were instantly met with a smiling hostess & waitress. We were seated immediately. Between the Paris theme decor & the fine dining atmosphere, I felt this was a place to come if you're looking for an excuse to dress a lil' fancy while still keeping it casual. They offer outdoor seating, a longue area by the full bar, and a medium-sized floor plan with tall & short top table seating. Both men & and women's bathrooms looked clean. Unfortunately, they did not smell clean. We liked our server, truly the salt of the earth. • Our final impression: The steak on the "make your own croissant sandwich" was extremely dry. The home fries weren't the best. They were supposed to come with bell peppers and onions but didn't, so maybe they would have been better then. Also, though the homemade whipped topping was phenomenal, it was very unappealing to have come for the featured item (crepes) only to find a two inch hair embedded in the fruit preserve (my hair did not match & my husband is bald). • Round of applause: For the freshly squeezed lemon juice, homemade whipped topping, authentic tea, and the colossal size crepe. Also, this restaurant gets the certified southern stamp of approval. They have Texas Pete! With all that being said, we most likely will not be back. PS: I had high hopes, and though disappointed, I can always hope in the Lord; He never disappoints (Psalms 22:5).

During Christmas my mother, daughters, & I decided to dine here after a long day of shopping. I’ve dined here previously and had an overall great dining experience. I was excited to return. Our party of 5 was seated at a table immediately after our arrival and greeted by our servant. There was a significant wait time for the food to arrive to the table, but that was okay. The food was hot and delicious. Two of my daughters were wanting to do a little more shopping. My mother, oldest daughter & myself decided to stay behind and enjoy the live music. We asked our server for a bar menu and began ordering drinks from the bar. He served us drinks from the bar a couple of times and stopped coming to our table. Things became awkward when a lady came to our table and started cleaning it off around us. When our server finally came back around I asked him who the lady was and he explained it was the owner’s wife. I told him she was very rude because we were not done yet. I explained we were going to order a few more drinks and my mom was going to order a dessert crepe, but he stopped coming to our table. At that point he apologized to us and advised he was ordered to clear our table and bring our check to us. He said it wasn’t something he wanted to do because we have been good customers the entire evening. My daughter worked as a servant during her college years and asked our waiter was he asked to do that because we were seated at a 6 top and half of our party left to continue shopping. He agreed that was true, but there were no customers waiting to be seated. I looked around and there were plenty of empty tables to accommodate other guest. At that point I was very upset. I advised we would have been happy to give up our 6 top and be moved to a smaller table if it was needed, but if no one is waiting why does it matter if we continue to sit here as long as we are still ordering. He agreed with us and continue to apologize. My mom is almost entirely deaf. She was enjoying the company of her family, the atmosphere, and the music with the assistance of her hearing aid. This was a precious family moment with us all together and it was ruined. I never asked to speak with the manager or his wife because at that point I felt discriminated against. We were dressed very casual and probably looked like a mess because we had been shopping in the rain earlier. I wanted to avoid escalating things by speaking with the owners wife. Based on other reviews I’ve read I made an excellent decision on that one. For me it was more important to preserve the memory of the evening for my mother since she could not hear what was going on. When the waiter gave me the bill it was almost $400 including the tip. We added an extra tip for the waiter because he was great and patient with my mom the...

If you are coming for breakfast, consider another local option. Unless for some reason you are really craving doughy, mediocre crepes and staring at the cold walls for long periods of time.

Our local family of 4 arrived at 11:35am for breakfast. It was busy, since it was the week between Christmas and New Years. We were seated promptly and nicely. That's where the positive part of this review ends.

After being seated, we stared at the walls for 9 minutes before my wife had to ask another server for our server. Soon thereafter our server arrived out-of-breath and apologetic. We placed our breakfast order upon her first arrival to "save time". Server disappeared after taking our order. After 20 long minutes of sitting there, I finally was given my coffee and had a sip. Our server disappeared again and soon thereafter we all had empty coffee & water and again staring at the walls. At 12:18pm, I had enough and went to the hostess stand to pay for our coffee and beverages and cancel our ticket. We were told it was "coming right out". After 4 more minutes, breakfast arrived. I ordered the steak & cheese bowl and was excited to see the portion size (large!) as I was starving. Took my first bite and the eggs, steak and onions were cold. Obviously this had been prepared well-in advance of my family's crepes and sitting in the kitchen waiting.... After another 10 minutes, our server reappeared again apologizing. I gave my food back and ate my son's scraps.

With all of the other local breakfast options, I honestly cannot believe this place is still in business for breakfast.

Even with my Steak & Cheese bowl removed from the ticket, I left an hour after arriving, still hungry and this wonderful experience cost me over $60. $60 for 3 crepes, 1 chocolate milk, 1 cafe mocha and one simple coffee.. and 3 waters. Frankly, my entire tab should have been comp'd.

At this price-point, the food & service should be A+ with no exceptions. I understand if the kitchen is running behind, but our service was also horrible. My wife's expensive cafe mocha arrived in a paper to-go cup because the server claimed they had no clean cups available and she didn't want us to wait any longer. Thanks, I guess? How about "This one is on the house."

It appeared that there were two servers. Instead of each server handling one side of the restaurant, they both were going back and forth to service both sides and it was inefficient to say the least.

If you like a non-standard, pricey breakfast with horrible service, mediocre crepes, and a nice pile of cold steak & eggs, then this is your place. If that doesn't sound like what you are seeking for breakfast, try one of the other 12 options in a 1-mile radius.

How can you screw...
