Horrible experience! First off we waited for 20 minutes for someone to come over and great us ,which was the Manger. She apologies for the wait and brings us menus which I asked for a gluten free one due to my allergy. She brings it over and I decide to order the lemon roll and my friend orders the salmon curry soup. We wait literally a hour for our food! Mind you we are on our lunch break and though a sushi roll and soup would be the quicker option. Lol wrong. I'm fine with waiting if it's worth the wait. Our food comes out and I take a bite of the shushi and notice it doesn't have shrimp in it but instead crab. Which I know wasnt stated on the gluten free menu. So I ask the server to find out if the was a mistake as I know imitation crab meat is not gluten free. He comes back over as says yes they made it wrong and it is not gluten free! I told him I already ate one. Mind you I am very sensitive to gluten and get really sick. I only eat athe like 2 places because of stuff like this. I get up and go find the manager lady and tell her never mind on the roll and I will just take the pho thinking it will be safer. She bring out the pho and apologized for the mistake which my friend tells her ,she's going to get sick from that and the manager says I hope not , which I reply No I'm going to be sick for sure but no worries. I eat my pho with worries about if it's really gluten free or not. Then when time to pay they bring over the checks and charge me for the pho! No discount or anything! WHAT! I work in the restaurant industry and would never charge anyone after knowing we made the sick because of our mistake! All they had to do was follow their OWN gluten free menu when making the roll. I took the check to the blonde hair manager and told her there should be some kind of discount for the mess up as knowing I'm going to be sick tomorrow. She saus well if that's the way you feel I will just take care of the bill. THAT'S THE WAY YOU SHOULD FEEL AS THE MANAGER! !! I continue to try and talk to her about the situation and she cuts me off while speaking and says that's why I said I would take care of the bill. That bill should of never come to my table to begin with. She was rude and had no concern as to me getting sick from their mistake. I'm writingthis review a day after and I am sick. Had to take off work today. It took 2 hours from start to finish to get lunch and also got sick and they wanted me to pay for that. DONT HAVE A GLUTEN FREE MENU IF YOU DON'T GO BY IT. PEOPLE...

Luke provided excellent service to us on our first visit. The Thai Green Curry sounded great to me, but once we told Luke that I was vegetarian he went ahead and followed up with the chef. Turns out that a component of the dish (even if you get the tofu protein) might involve chicken broth. If I had no other option in a pinch, I would overlook this detail - but Luke came back not only with that information but with the vegan menu. I went with the Spicy Udon instead, because I like to let restaurants know with my vote that there are patrons like me who value fully non-meat options. The Spicy Udon did not disappoint- I don't have a high spice tolerance but this was just enough to be pleasant. Hubby had the Pad Thai, which he can never resist if it's on a menu, and he was happy with it. Just know that they didn't ask for spice level, so it's not THAT kind of spicy thrill some seek, but he said his was flavourful nonetheless.

We also ordered a sushi roll as an appetizer- Super Crunch Roll - and we were pleasantly surprised. It tasted fresh, and itself had a great taste profile along with the sauce it comes with (I always forget to take a picture of the first element of a meal - if it's good, I'm inspired to write a review, so this was that inspiring element!)

For drinks, I enjoyed the punch my Nigori Peach Martini had in store, while the hubby's Blackberry Bourbon Fizz was so smooth, it was like having a light soda.

We don't normally do desert, but I was curious about the strawberry cheesecake wonton. The strawberries were so fresh it made me tear a little with the combination of the cheesecake and sauce. Easily sharable between two without feeling guilty about overeating.

We had a great experience. Ambiance was great and the support staff was also very attentive and polite. Thank you for a great...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at CO Sushi, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The sushi they served me, particularly the Volcano Roll and Philadelphia Roll, were simply outstanding. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite was a burst of deliciousness. The combination of fresh ingredients and expert craftsmanship truly made it the best sushi I've ever had.

Not only was the sushi delectable, but the presentation was also impressive. The rolls were beautifully arranged and garnished, making them look almost too good to eat. However, as soon as I took my first bite, I couldn't help but devour the entire plate.

The atmosphere at CO Sushi is another noteworthy aspect. It is light, modern, and has a chill vibe. The ambiance creates a relaxed and enjoyable environment that enhances the dining experience. Whether you're visiting for a casual lunch or a night out with friends, the atmosphere is perfect for any occasion.

Moreover, the service provided at CO Sushi is truly stellar. The waitstaff was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They expertly guided me through the menu, helping me make excellent choices and ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff's professionalism and warmth added to the overall enjoyment of my visit.

All in all, I highly recommend CO Sushi to anyone who appreciates top-notch sushi and an inviting atmosphere. The combination of phenomenal flavors, aesthetically pleasing presentation, a relaxed ambiance, and exceptional service sets this sushi restaurant apart from the rest. My wife found CO while searching Google for vegan dining options near our hotel in Myrtle Beach, SC. I guess if we were staunch activists we wouldn't dare set foot in a place that served raw seafood, or animal meat of any kind, but we enjoy dining out at cool restaurants, especially if they offer vegan options. Aside from their main sushi fare, CO has a complete menu of vegan-only offerings including some very good maki, temaki, pressed sushi, makimono, as well as noodle and rice dishes. We over-ordered because we wanted to try so many things on the menu, even so there wasn't much left behind when we were finished. Everything was wonderful. My wife ordered all of the small plates: steamed Lemongrass Tofu Buns, Edamame Spring Rolls and the Avocado Ceviche. She wanted to sample it all, but couldn't eat everything so I helped. No worries there. I always seem to have extra room. I ordered Cucumber Maki for an appetizer and Hibachi Deluxe for my meal, followed by an order of Kanpyo Maki. As I said, extra room. We had one pot each of Chai Tea and Green Tea to wash it down. It was a temperate evening so we dined outside at a corner pup table. Our server Lee was pleasant, unassuming and very helpful. In all we enjoyed CO Sushi very much. Highly recommended if you're in Myrtle Beach and looking for a nice place to dine. It's right next door to the movie theater too so make it a dinner and movie night.
