I’ve placed a mobile pickup order at this location multiple times since moving to the area a couple of months ago. Every time it’s been 15-20 minutes of waiting in the mobile pick up order parking spot before ever getting my food. Tonight I waited for 20 minutes and never got my food so I decided to go inside and ask about it. I was told they didn’t have my order because they accidentally gave it to someone else. They then handed me a bag of food that only had 1/3 of my order in it and the burgers in what they gave me had ingredients that were supposed to be removed (allergies). After I told them the order was wrong, they asked me if I wanted them to remake it? I said I just wanted what I actually paid for, meaning my full and complete (and correct) order. They then handed me another bag, after an additional 20 minutes of waiting at this point, and it appeared to be correct. I then got home and found it was STILL incorrect. Called the store to ask about a refund and spoke with the rudest manager I’ve encountered. She told me it was impossible to do refunds virtually or over the phone (even though other restaurants do them and they had no problem taking my money virtually but apparently can’t give it back?). Having to go back to the store to get a refund was a pain yes, but I understand if it’s their policy. What I don’t understand is how the manager was that rude to a customer that her staff made wait an hour in total for the food they paid for and the order they messed up TWICE. After having an order messed up twice, waiting an hour for my food, and dealing with the nastiest manager I can wholeheartedly say I will not ever be giving this location business again. Read moreI always, always have a bad experience here. I hardly go anymore because of it. But occasionally, I have to go here to grab a doordash order or a chzbrgr for Charlie, my fur-baby. One of the daytime managers, a dark skinned woman with extremely long eyelashes and a lot of makeup, is the main reason for this negative post. She is more than rude; she has gone out of her way several times to be difficult, down right rude and makes no apology ever for her extremely unpleasant attitude and tone that she takes towards me and it seems very deliberate. I've seen her this way towards others, so I absolutely don't take it personal. She takes a very nasty stance towards her customers especially if they are white, requests a menu variation to a menu item, making her aware that something is missing or isn't right from your order, takes a second too long to give her the code at the window when ordering, or does anything else outside the realm of what she is expecting or will allow.. I've spoken with upper management at least three times about her and I've been told each time, "well, you're not the first to say things like this about her", or "we actually planned on speaking with her tonight about it bc management noticed this program already" or " I doubt she will be here even another week". Well, none of the above has happened yet as a result of her terrible customer service. Read moreI ordered a signature Pico and Guacamole hamburger, when I sit down to eat I first noticed the lettuce was brown and wilted and then after a few bites I seen the middle of the burger was pink. I took it back to the cashier and she turned and handed it to the manager and not once did the manager turn to speak to me or even look at me to even say sorry. The cashier said that another burger is gonna be made so I waited. When I got the new burger my boyfriend looked at the inside of the Pattie while I ate my fries and that burger also was still pink. By that time neither he nor I was happy with the service we had gotten so far so I just took the burger and cut our losses. My boyfriend went to order him a shake and after paying for it no one started making the shake and during his wait the same manager came and cleared his shake order off of the screen and no one still wasn't making his shake, after a few more minutes someone came by and asked him if they could help him and he said he ordered a shake while his receipt still laid on the counter and no one still wasn't making his shake until this one cashier asked him if she...
