Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

I love my neighbor Chick-Fil-A as a Nacogdoches resident. I've been here multiple times. It used to be one of my favorite places to eat but the service has been a disappointment. My fries are half way full and the food is not fresh.. There is a specific employee who is extremely rude every time I stop by and has taken my order twice. The first Instance, I asked her if I could see the menu and she did not have the menu on hand. I could tell she was irritated because she had to walk to get the menu. Then, she came back and her first words she said to me was, " You can look but you can't touch it!" She was very rude. Plus, I was not planning to touch the menu either way. The second instance, I had arrived where she was giving food at the drive-thru. I noticed that my large fry was half full and the fries were old. I told her politely about the situation but instead of apologizing or saying," Hey let me give you another one" She took the fries rudely and rolled her eyes at me. I am not happy with Nacogdoches Chick-fil-A.

Edit/Update: I'm updating my review because I do not want to possibly make false claims over something as serious as food poisoning. It may have been that I'd caught a stomach bug, which I've also not caught in decades. I did not go to the doctor, so I do not have a formal diagnosis, but I have heard that a stomach bug had been going around around the exact time I'd been having these issues. Food poisoning and stomach flu have very similar symptoms, so it could've been either/or.

This is one of the busiest restaurants in town anytime of the day. And a favorite amoung the kiddos which is probably a healthier choice than some other fast food places. Despite their many customers they have a system that gets orders serviced very quickly. There's a decent amount of sitting inside and a connected play area for the kiddos that's inside as well. They offer free WiFi while you're there which is great! They are one of the busiest restaurants because of there famous chicken.
