Me and my family went out to eat and we decided to pick up some food. My parents decided to pick up some Sonic. We ordered on the app. We waited on the food for a while. My mom distributed the food and two of our corn dogs were missing. We also had some random sandwich that we did not order. We let them know asked for some silverware and ketchup and they took the sandwich and brought the corn dogs. They forgot the silverware and ketchup. We asked again and they brought some ketchup. They forgot the silverware. We let them know again. We were pretty upset and this point. They brought the silverware. My dad ordered buffalo pop chicken and when he went to eat it he realized it was buffalo. My dad didn’t tell them because he was already too upset or something but it was very horrific. We ordered some blasts and shakes. My mom checked the app to see if they were ready. The app said the lady was on her way. 10 minutes later we checked in and she said she was bringing them out. She showed up shortly after but it was like she forgot about them until we reminded her. The ice cream order was wrong too but my dad drove away. The food is great but the amount of times they messed up the order or forgot something is disappointing and infuriating. My family has agreed that this has been the worst fast food/restaurant experience we have ever had. We will not be returning here again. I’ve made this review to let people know that you should not come to this Sonic because it is a TERRIBLE experience. Read moreWe kept trying to order through the app and it wasn't working well come to find out on the app a ingredient wasn't available okay fine that's okay just wish it was listed as unavailable before we went up there to order. The next thing that upset me and my spouse is the fact the lady who was doing our order completely talked over us and didn't fully litsen to what we asked for and went on to not double check with us or if she did it was too fast becuase I barely remember if she did or didn't. I get my drink and it wrong fully wrong and I knock at the door wait a few minutes to be mindful if they didnt hear me or was busy and a man with long hair comes out saying did you not see me through the door I said no as I cannot see very well hence why I have glasses but he gives me a look and I tell him I need my drink remade becuase the lady didnt litsen to me about what type of drink I wanted he grabs the drink and I get it back and I didnt notice that as soon as I got in the car it's leaking there's a hole in my cup I asked my spouse to go get the drink in a new cup and I over hear how the dude with long hair explains the drink now I know he explained it wrong becuase I personally used to work for the sonic company making drinks constantly and what was handed to me at first was not the drink I requested we also get bacon on my burger when I only asked for the normal double cheeseburger not the bacon one and my spouse had asked for a smashed burger without the sauce and we get the sauce any way extremely displeased as this is the 3rd time or so we get treated horribly by...
Read moreWell I frequent sonic, for the food. Had a mishap one day where somehow I was given the (lets say) incorrect order. I didn't check the accuracy before leaving the drive thru (typically I have not had a problem with that) only to find out when I arrived at the place I was going to eat my lunch, there was a major problem (not going to go in to details here) with what I had ordered for my wife. I called Sonic on North St and spoke with someone right away who seemed to be willing to go out of the way to correct the problem. He immediately put in a new order and delivered it a couple miles down the road (I would not have had time to go back, get the order, drop it off, and get back to work). Now that is customer service. Turns out it was the manager I spokee with. He investigated the situation and found that his employees had messed up {bad}, but was willing to take time out of his schedule to correct the problem.
