McDonald's — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

I ordered 4 double hamburgers for me and my kids and every single double hamburger was burnt to a crisp.. no literally they were crunchy..I bit into it and thought it had bacon on it .. I call back and was told yes hamburger meat comes on the burger.. like Duh but not burnt meat.. I didn’t bother returning it for the same horrible food.. If university drive was open I would have went.. if you value good old McDonald quality then you definitely want to bypass this location. I get nothing but horrible service and half of the time they will tell you to bring back the food and never take it back from you .. you’re stuck with this horrible version of what McDonald’s used to be.. I feel sick every time I eat at this location.. probably due to poorly made food. Hopefully we can get enough bad press to cause some serious change at this location.. keep reporting them.. keep posting bad reviews...

Update: their "problems" have become a nearly daily occurrence. If you go by after 10, there is next to no chance that you will be able to pay with card. I can count on one hand the number of times in the past 6 months that I've been able to order food from here late at night. It's clear that the staff use this as an excuse to not do their jobs.

Credit card machine constantly stops working. In the past month, I've gone by 5 or 6 times to find their credit card machine was mysteriously down. Add that to an experience of having my food given to another person, being asked to pull forward, and then being forgotten for half an hour (and even then I only got my food because I went in to ask about it), and my previously great experiences here begin to matter a lot less. They're one of only a few places that is open when I get off of work, so it'd be nice if they were functioning properly...

We have been to this McDonald's on numerous occasions, mainly drive-thru. I have the McDonald's app on my phone and use it each time we visit. The app has some great deals and McDonald's is a quick and cheap bite to eat at any time. Their drive-thru is double lane like most are and moves quick. I don't think we have ever gotten our order made or delivered to us incorrect and we have only has to "pull forward" for a few minutes a handful of times which were due to special requests on an item that we ordered and they made. After being there tonight it looked like a remodel was taking place in the dining room so it did not appear to be open to inside dining customers. Overall...it is fast food...it is McDonald's...it does work when you are hungry and want quick on a budget. Don't see us not...
