Ivan Smith Furniture — Local services in Nacogdoches

Update: so I'm a little upset with this company. I could've received the recliner on a Thursday but not the dinette set until the following Saturday, but I chose to wait til the Saturday to get both at the same time so they didn't have to make 2 trips. I get a call yesterday and am told that I now have to wait til Tuesday! I'm a little heated about this!

Went to Ivan's after the original store didn't have the table that I wanted from their website and Ivan's helped me settle on a different table that sits 8 instead of 6. I had a outstanding experience with Ivan Smith Furniture. I had a difficult time deciding between three different furniture sets and the sales person was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. They did a great job helping me decide on the set I went with and I didn't feel pressured by them. Also the sales person was very courteous and diligent in putting together my purchase they got everything right and it was delivered at my convenience. Ivan Smith had the best deals to offer on labor day then anyone else in Nacogdoches. I'm very happy with the set I went with. Also the delivery guys were polite, fast and thorough. I would say buy your stuff only if your are absolutely sure your going to like it because they charge you restocking fee if you are not happy with the stuff you buy. (Which they will not tell you when you buy anything from them) All they will tell you is yes you can get full refund if you are not happy with what you buy. We bought a bed and return at the same time the guys came to deliver it. It was too big for our room and there was a gap between headboard and wall but they still charge us restocking fee because it was open from the box. Now how would we know if it’s a right before or not if they don’t open it....
