Panda Express — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

Panda in Nac used to be pretty solid. Lately it has been lacking in quality. I would usually visit once a week for a large box of Beijing beef to take home and spread out for two or three nights. This time it was the last straw as it was absolutely not edible. I was told to wait 8 minutes, which is understandable, no problem. Ten minutes later I get my food and go home. This is when I discovered the $10 box of food I waited 10 minutes for was not only 3/4 full but was not fresh at all. How bad are we talking? The beef turned into a powder when I bit into it. Okay, well maybe just this one. No! Every piece was dehydrated to the point of turning into a potato chip. It tasted like it was over processed and absolutely impossible to eat. Unfortunately I had to toss the box and chalk it up as a loss.

Never go here after 5!! I arrived there at 8 and waited in line with only two vehicles ahead of me and waited for 40 minutes. There was hardly any food ready even though they don't close till 10, the employee said they didn't prepare anything cause they weren't expecting any people much less a "rush". They got my very simple and small order wrong twice and I finally just gave up and accepted it. The employee was unattentive and slammed the window in my face in the middle of my sentence asking for sauces. The sad thing is is that this is not even the first time this has happened, its actually the third time. If I could give negative stars I would. All the employees clearly do not care. Went to panda to order a bowl and a plate for myself and my partner. We were handed two bags of food, one containing our order, which was simply thrown into the bag without care. On top of that, sauce, forks, fortune cookies were grabbed by the hand full and tossed into also without care. The second bag is what threw me. It was packed exactly the same way as the first, except we did not order what it contained. The gentleman at the window was also partially rude and had a terrible attitude. We could tell he LOVED his job. This location needs to reconsider who they higher and how they train their employees. We will not be back. Very...
