Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

Starbucks was closed for unknown reasons today so we decided to give Dutch Bros a chance for the very first time. Both lines were long however we still decided to give them a chance. As of right now, 4:29 pm my family and I have been stuck in line for 1 whole hour, with groceries in the back. We were informed by the sweet lady that took our orders that there were only 2 people inside making drinks. Meanwhile, despite the horrificly slow, long lines….the walk up window is still opened and customers are able to be served there. This window should have been shut down until the lines were under control. My 7 year old also ended up needing to use the bathroom and we were told she could not use the restroom inside despite our 45 min wait (at the time). My self and another mom (different vehicle/customer) had to leave our vehicles, and hop over to Panda Express with our girls to let them use their potty! Unexceptable! We will not be back under any circumstances after today. Never have I ever sat in a line for over an hour! Another customer left even after he had paid because it was taking so long!! Once we got to the window there were honey bees flying inside and at the window! Where...

Great drinks and great people working here, I’ve tried the frozen electric blue lemonade, frozen strawberry lemonade, rebel, pumpkin pie frost, carmelizer, lots of different iced coffees with picture perfect. All great drinks. Customer service is 10/10 as well. Shout out to Logan, very great customer service and attitude! 😊 I prefer it over any other coffee place (Yes even THAT one 🧜‍♀️)

For anyone complaining about their wait time? Yes it takes time to talk to customers and make drinks. Just because they’re busy doesn’t mean they should treat every customer like a number in a line. They do talk to their customers and try to give them a good experience, that’s why they have so many good reviews mentioning their customer service.

It also takes time to make so many drinks when they are backed up in drive through and at pick up window. Maybe you should Have a little more compassion, or make your own drinks at home! 😊 Especially if you are going to take even more time out of your day to bash on a new business who is 100% trying their...

Horrible! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Was passing through to get my dutch bros fix while on this long roadtrip. Line was long as it is, several cars as well as myself had already ordered but a maroon gmc cut in front of us. Messed up everyone because we had to wait till he got his drinks in order to get ours cause for some stupid reason the broistas here dont go out to take drinks that are already ready…..they wait till the car is at the window???? Its faster and more efficient if you take the drinks to the car to make the line go faster! Thats how everyone else does it! Literally in San Antonio and Houston where im usually at and getting my dutch fix. Not to mention two individuals who were rude to my mom cause she was pointing out how stupid it was they still took that persons order. Our drinks were halfway melted and not even stirred right, like someone else in these comments said “hire more competent people.” Shouldve read the reviews before...
