Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

Order delivery through the Papa John’s website ( where they then evidently pass the delivery on to door dash) Order was left outside our hotel room without even a knock on the door so that we would know it had arrived ( I did not get any text notifications on order/delivery) Missing the 2liter drink, bottle of water and ALL of the extra sauces that we PAID for. Called the location and the manager was not helpful, professional, he was rude and even hung up when I relented on getting refunded the amount of the missing items ( said he could not do that) and told him to deliver them, though he said it would be another at least 45minutes (as of the time of this review they have still not been delivered)

On top of ALL if that the pizza was not made correctly. Supposed to have half of the pizza with pineapple and the other half with onions both items were on the entire pizza.

Terrible customer service Would not recommend...

I order from this location all the time i do not eat any other pizza to me papa Johns is the best pizza in regards to quality and taste. I can put up with some of these delivery men knocking on my door a little too hard or being slightly rude, i know this location is not a training store so i think they get relaxed with their customer service. Now what i cant put up with is a late delivery, yea the gentleman said 45 minutes, but it took them an HOUR & 15 minutes to deliver the pizza yea i know is a holiday but that should be more reason to be staffed properly, my daughter is out of school and was pretty hungry. Probably won't be ordering from this...

They messed up our order and when I called back to ask if they would fix it I sat on hold only to be treated with utter contempt by the manger "Austin" who basically called me an idiot and told me that they hadn't messed up my order. He then was reluctant to give us a replacement pizza but when we insisted he told us it would be an hour and then just hung up. If this is customer service then I have to question ever buying pizza here again. I've never had a negative experience with papa Johns before so this caught us off guard. - bottom line: Awful experience. The pizza was luke warm, overlooked and thrown in the box. The management was hostile....
