Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

Check your pick up order before leaving Raising Cane’s chicken. They gave us the wrong count and the chicken fingers were just that...about the size of my little finger, LITERALLY! I was told that they had specific standards on finger sizes, trouble with their vendors and were not allowed to go over the box count as compensation. So if you don’t like what you get, either pay for it or refuse it. We got ripped off with four chicken “fries” for $8! Did not open the box until we got home. Too late, too far to drive back! So after work I go to get some canes and let me tell you they gave me the three smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen in my life. I normally do not have a problem at all with canes and it’s normally Pretty decent. Talk about a complete and total disappointment, I don’t know how you actually stick something that small in to someone’s box and send it home with them with clear conscience. The containers the Canes Sauce comes in is TOO SMALL. We are grown ups. Not 5 years old. I should not have to buy 8 extra Cane sauces because yall feel the need to be stingy. The music playing is terrible. Yall could at least play the types of music they play at the skating rink. A variety for everyone. & Its extremely cold inside. So cold its ridiculous. Its hard to even enjoy a meal because Im sitting there shivering. Yall should make an outdoor sitting place because the coldness & the numerous amounts of extra Canes sauces that need to be bought makes me not even wana eat...
