4/24/25 - 1008pm This was our fourth time visiting this Arbyâs location, and unfortunately, it will be our last.
Our first three visits were poor, but we decided to give it one final try after some time away. Weâve always enjoyed Arbyâs sandwiches and hoped things had improved at this location. Initially, it seemed promisingâthe woman taking our order at the drive-thru was kind and professional, which was a pleasant surprise.
Unfortunately, that optimism quickly faded at the pickup window. A young man took our payment and said something we didnât quite catch. Moments later, he returned and told us to pull around to the front âin case another customer showed up,â stating the drive-thru window needed to be kept clear. When we asked if this was to avoid adding time to their drive-thru metrics, he confirmed and said it was âpolicy.â
He shut the window but returned shortly after when we didnât immediately pull away. He stood there staring at us, again insisting we move. I explained we were just finishing a conversation and about to leave, but he continued pressing the issue as though he were enforcing a hard rule.
At that point, we were done and asked for a refund. His response? âWell, your foodâs ready,â as if that should have changed our minds.
By then, we no longer felt comfortable receiving or eating the food.
Directing customers to park elsewhere just to manipulate drive-thru times isnât just confusingâit shows a clear lack of focus on what truly matters: the customer experience.

   Read moreI came into Arby's on Caldwell Blvd early evening.. 5ish.. NOT BUSY... I ordered a Rst Bf n Cheddar with Bacon... I watched this chick make my sandwich tossed it down the tray where they put the orders in order of what n when ordered.. She Waited 15 minutes to drop curly fries... 15 minutes and then expected me to take that sandwich AFTER SITTING FOR 15 MINUTES... I asked her to Please remake my sandwich.. she started to say something and I told her I'm not taking that sandwich it has been sitting there 15 minutes before you dropped those fries please remake it she got pissy went back there we made the sandwich tossed it down the shoe knocked other orders out of the way and then it was the wrong she made the brisket and that's not what I wanted.. I told her what I had ordered and she tried blaming it on the young man that helped me she says oh it's his fault he's in training know it's not and that's not what it is it's the girl's fault that made the sandwich this chick...
   Read moreBad bad đ. I've never been to an Arbys B4, & I wish I hadn't. Walked in @ 11a.m., 1st thing I saw was an employee with feet up on the bench seatsđŠ, on the phone (interweb)đ¤ł, looking disheveledđ¤Śââď¸, waiting for clock-in timeđŚ. The floors were dirty, bathroomđšđ˝ dirty with funk in the airđ¨, soda dispensaries were serving very flat beverages, my table/seat was dirty. The food was not good, stale breadđ, the kind that falls apart when u bite into it, friesđ were in 1 large clumpâŞ, yes I knw they're curly fries & that's the risk, but these were obviously seen when u put them in the container it was a large ball of mess! I won't go to any Arbys ever, should've listened to myself like I have been, before I came here, & avoided this placeđŤ. IDK how other Arbys are since this was my 1st, but I'm pretty sure they're not suppose to...
