Been here almost once a week every week since opening... here are my thoughts so far: My biggest complaint is the highly Unprofessional employees. I've heard these conversations directly in front of me: Line workers berating kitchen workers; employees asking managers if the "were actually going to receive a break today on [their] shift"; Conversations about being physically ill at work; Management telling their employees not to worry about not knowing how to wrap the burritos because the customers won't care; employees bickering with one another; employees (forgot to complete opening procedures, soda machine and bar) telling customers to do it. Everytime I go in here, it's wilin'. Can the management just take the time to properly instruct the line how to serve and wrap? A lot of the line get stressed out because they don't know how to do the work, but I haven't seen anyone actually step in and assist them properly. Once I had to pick up food from an event that ordered catering from here, and they hadn't even started. I had to wait 45 minutes past the pickup time to receive the food. Several times I have gone here, the trashcans were overflowing, or set up wrong. Several times I have gone in there, they have been unprepared/out of items and (if possible) taking it from the drive-thru. Almost every time I get food here, it's sopping wet, and the burritos need to be double wrapped because very few of the employees know how to work the line. Several times I've walked in, it's been dirty. I know this is silly thing to kinda complain about, but I think it speaks to some potential toxic leadership issues going on here ...but like the vibe was so depressing and weird: but one time I came in with my sister, all the employees were sitting around at the tables (but different tables all in silence) with their backs turned to the door. No one was in the kitchen or at the line, or facing the door. It was just really weird, because I felt like I was disturbing them - no one greeted us and we had to wait for someone to come to the line. Actually come to think of it, I can't remember a time when anyone greeted me at the line, asked me to wait for them for a second at the line, or acknowledge my presence until the finally got to the tortilla comal at their convenience. Prep and food line often get cross contaminated and are messy. Also, I don't personally like the way the [architect?] Constructed the place. What an odd setup, but completely out of control of the current workforce there.
Edit: read some of the other one/two star reviews, and can't agree more with what others said - I've seen pretty much all that go down since this place has been open. And what is with the automatic response for "owner". Seems like a bot because it just leaves a link to Chipotle's large website. This is a huge red flag for me. I'm almost convinced AI is running this store and that's why the place is a...
Read moreFor only being open for a few days I was greatly disappointed. I entered the building and was greeted by a bunch of messy tables; the trash was overflowing, and the soda area was not wiped up. Ordered food. The potions were small compared to other stores. Main serving area was not fully stocked with food. They ran out of food and were cooking it. Instead of filling the main food line, with a full line of customers, they filled up the drive thru that did not have anyone there. Then proceeded to ran back to the drive thru to add the meat or beans etc. to the order.
Managerial training is severely needed. The manager needs to train the employees on how to cut up food. Kids who have not been taught how to cut food need to be trained. I was watching one girl fully extending the fingers over the entire chicken pieces while trying to slice it up with what looked like a dull knife. Slicing/chopping food this way is a good way to lose a finger(s). Manager, when talking with employees about health issues do not do it by your customers! The conversation that we all heard in the dinning are almost made me not eat. Manager to employee - "Are you still sick?" Employee - "No" Manager - "How are you feeling today? Do you have a fever?" Employee - "No" Manager - "Do you have Diarrhea?" Employee - "No" Manager - "Ok, one more thing. Don't leave the knives in the sink, do you want someone to cut off their fingers!!!"
My wife and I looked at each other and could not believe it. I looked at other costumers and they had the same stunned look of disbelief. The manager just said Diarrhea where food was being severed and eaten. That is a whole new way of looking at the beans and meat.
I waited a few days before posting but after hearing from my daughter her experience yesterday, with me not telling of mine, of no clean tables and over flowing trash cans etc... I decided to post.
Was excited to have Chipotle by me but right now I'm not so sure. These issues can be easily corrected. I really...

My family and I recently visited Chipotle in Nampa, ID, for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish.
Upon arrival, we were met with what seemed to be a lackluster attitude from the management and staff. Despite spending a considerable amount of money on our order (approximately $70.00), we received subpar service and encountered numerous issues.
From the outset, it was evident that hospitality was not a priority. My 11-year-old son's simple request for a flour tortilla instead of corn was met with visible annoyance from the employee, setting a negative tone for the rest of our visit. Additionally, the lack of cleanliness in the dining area was concerning, with dirty tables and filthy floors detracting from the overall dining experience.
The problems didn't end there. My wife's order of a chopped chicken bowl was delayed by an additional five minutes due to it being on the grill. While we were willing to wait, the lack of communication and organization among the staff was evident. Even after multiple inquiries, it took unnecessary delays and frustration before her order was finally prepared.
Overall, the food was mediocre at best, failing to compensate for the lack of service and cleanliness. The entire experience left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed, with no intention of returning in the future.
In summary, our visit to Chipotle in Nampa, ID, was marred by poor service, cleanliness issues, and a lack of communication among the staff. For a restaurant that prides itself on quality ingredients and customer satisfaction, this was a disappointing experience that fell far short of our...
