Ordered 3 piece dinner they put 2 pieces in and we started to drive away I checked the box there was only 2 pieces in the box.my husband walked in to get the third piece of chicken and he was told "sorry we were out" my husband asked when the next batch of chicken was coming out she said we are not cooking anymore..40 minutes because closing..so then my husband said so you knew you only put 2 pieces in there and she said well that's all me had...for 14 dollars of course a person would be mad if they knowingly only put two pieces of chicken.if they didn't have the chicken then tell us that at the window.she ended up giving him a hard crispy leg... when we ordered all white meat.BUT THE WORSE THING WAS WHEN WE CALLED THE DISTRICT MANAGER SHE TALKED A GOOD GAME..STILL WAITING ON THAT "SO CALLED CARD" WE PAID FOR CRAP FOOD I LITERALLY TOOK A FEW BITES of everything.. potatoes were runny coleslaw had more carrots than cabbage and the biscuit was so smashed it was pieces..I normally NEVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS BUT THE DISTRICT MANAGER was just as helpful as all the people at this establishment..not!!! It is way cleaner then the ones in Boise and Meridian except the edges of the floors in the dining room had quite a bit of build up from not cleaning correctly for a long time, that's why only three stars. It doesn't take that much time or effort to do it right guys, your most of the way there. However, the restroom was clean and the front counters, soda station and tables were also clean. No food and grime stuck to the seats, walls and windowsills. I wasn't afraid to touch things! I have to say I was surprised. I was going to get the food to go but wasn't totally grossed out so I sat down and ate there which was nice for a change. The gals at the front counter were also very friendly and nice, again I was surprised. *Making sure your guests are not grossed out by your business /the place you manage and providing a clean and inviting environment for them is part of good customer service and just general respect for your guests/paying customers. Paying someone that extra hour or so at end of night to clean correctly isn't going...
Read moreI went through the drive thru to order lunch because I was working. I gave my order several times to the person at the speaker. When I got to the window and paid for my food, the lady at the window told me to go park in front of the store and wait for them to bring out my food. She did not give me my receipt either. I waited, and when the different lady came out to my car with my order. It was incomplete. I asked the person about the missing item. She said you didn't order that. I told her that I had. She went in to check to see about the item. She came back out and told me I had not ordered the item that I was going to have to pay for it. I was on a time crunch. I said forget it and drove off. Then, while I was on my way, I called the store and asked for the store manager. She told me it was her who took the order and that she forgot to put the item on the order. That it was my fault and that I would have to pay for the item if I really wanted it. I hung up the phone. I went on eating the food that I did get.
