Do not go here the services is terrible I ordered online 4 hours in advance I waited an extra 45 minutes cuz I know how things are with people get busy they had not even started on my order I sat outside for 45 minutes extra on top of the time I waited and when I asked about it their employees gave me an attitude and said it's gonna be 20 min and turned around and said whatever and walked away and when I asked to speak to Management the manager came out and it looked like he had no clue what was going on and he was the one in the back with all of the employees you can look around the corner and see them just standing there talking nobody trying to do anything in a hurry that is not how you run an establishment you will not be getting my business back and if you're going to have somebody running this store please get an adult not somebody who thinks they're one of the 12-year-olds that work there if you're reading this post I'm warning you in advance do not order from this facility it will only make you upset and annoyed and I still haven't received my order 5 hours later the app tells me my pizza is ready at 12:00 at night and I sent multiple messages through their website asking for my refund asking this week with somebody to talk to me about this problem and I still have yet not...
Read moreI'm sure you guys just had a bad day. But I ended up waiting 25 minutes for a slices and crazy bread. The stix looks like they dumped a whole entire can of spices on it, it's not cut at all on that one side. Every bit of it was just terrible my fiance almost threw up. The crazy bread was pretty terrible too. I'm not a picky person but this just was terrible given there was management and full staff there at 4pm. I know it's hit and miss but this was atrocious. The people working didn't even know their own menu, some lady got turned away with no explanation because a worker didn't tell her the lunch combo was at a certain time frame they just told her it wasn't on sale instead of offering something else or explaining it for 5 seconds. I understand you guys were doing your best but get management that cares somewhat and doesn't prowl around like they know how to solve problems when they can't be bothered to offer some help to their staff. If you hate your job don't work there. I'll be going to locations that can at least uphold a minimum standard until someone has a talk with these guys. Read moreI’ve been a regular at this Little Caesars location for over a year, but my recent experience left a lot to be desired. While the food itself was fine, the customer service was minimal. It appeared to be a training day, which I understand, but as I approached the counter, both the trainee and trainer walked to the back, leaving me standing alone with no acknowledgment.
While waiting, I noticed a vandalized customer promise poster on the wall, which was unsettling. The poster had the word “not” scrawled over key parts, so it read like they were promising not to deliver what customers want. It made me wonder if the customer service and even the quality standards might be lacking here.
On previous visits, I’ve occasionally received pizzas that seemed undercooked, almost like raw dough. There have even been instances where I ordered a “pizza cup” product (4-count pizza cups) only to find it cold or partially frozen in the center. This left me feeling like these items weren’t always freshly prepared.
